Computer-accessible medium, system and method for assessing effect of a stimulus using intersubject correlation
Exemplary embodiments of a system and method can be provided for measuring a level and/or details of how engaging, effective or memorable a stimulus that may be based on information associated with one or more subjects' neuronal, physiological and/or behavioral responses to the stimulus. In addition, an exemplary embodiment of a computer-accessible medium containing executable instructions thereon can also be provided which can be executed by a processing arrangement. For example, when the processing arrangement executes the instructions, the processing arrangement can be configured to, e.g., receive neuronal, physiological and/or behavioral data one or more subjects being presented with stimuli, determine further data associated with a measure of inter-subject similarity of the neuronal, physiological and/or behavioral data, and identify particular portions of the stimuli that meet a pre-determined criteria relating to the further data associated with the measure of inter-subject similarity. In addition, the processing arrangement can be further configured to display and/or store identifiers of the particular portions of the stimuli in a storage arrangement in a user-accessible format and/or a user-readable format.
Identifying sensory inputs affecting working memory load of an individual
In an aspect of the invention, a method of identifying sensory inputs affecting working memory load of an individual is provided. The method comprises monitoring (S101) working memory load of the individual using a sensor device, detecting (S102) an increase in the working memory load of the individual, and identifying (S103), in response to the detected increase, at least one sensory input affecting the working memory load of the individual.

Apparatus, method, and system of building and processing personal emotion-based computer readable cognitive sensory memory and cognitive insights for enhancing memorization and decision making skills
A personal emotion-based cognitive assistant system includes one or more components which may be worn by a user as a headset, one or more sensors that capture an emotional state of the user, a processor that identifies personal meaning of an environment of the user based on the captured emotional state, and a memory that stores the identified personalized meaning with data about the environment in different areas of the memory based on the identified personal meaning.
FOOD TASTE SIMULATION METHOD AND SYSTEM
A food taste simulation method, applied in a food taste simulation system, comprising: determining food information of target food according to a food simulation trigger signal when receiving the food simulation trigger signal; determining airflow for simulating the taste of the target food according to the food information; and releasing the airflow through an airflow chip disposed in the oral cavity according to the airflow. The safety of food simulation is improved and the effect of food simulation is enriched in this method. A food taste simulation system is also provided.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MEASURING PHYSIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF A SUBJECT UNDERGOING AN OLFACTORY STMULATION
Method and related system for measuring physiological parameters of a human subject undergoing an olfactory stimulation comprising one or more smelling olfactory stimuli, where by means of said system and according to said method a human subject is undergone to said olfactory stimulation by sending said one or more smelling olfactory stimuli to the human subject; one or more physiological parameters of the human subject are recorded; and said olfactory stimulation and physiological parameters recording are synchronized.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ALIGNING NEUROPHYSIOLOGICAL SENSORS
A method of aligning a wearable device having a set of neurophysiological sensors on a head of a subject, comprises capturing a three-dimensional (3D) facial image of the subject, and a 3D image of the wearable device while being placed on a scalp of the subject. Facial landmarks are identified on the facial image, and the images are co-registered based at least in part on the identified facial landmarks. A trained machine learning procedure is fed with the facial landmarks to produce coordinates of scalp landmarks, and an alignment of the wearable device on the scalp is corrected to match coordinates of the scalp landmarks with locations of the neurophysiological sensors.
Psychological condition estimation system, psychological condition estimation method, program, and method for generating estimation model
A psychological condition estimation system includes an acquisition unit and an estimation unit. The acquisition unit acquires information about respective activity levels of a plurality of sensory areas of a subject's brain. The estimation unit estimates a sense, which is highly related to the subject's psychological condition, out of a plurality of types of senses corresponding respectively to the plurality of sensory areas, based on the information, acquired by the acquisition unit, about the activity levels of the plurality of sensory areas when the subject is exposed to multiple types of stimuli.
