The glove includes: a main control module, an electrocardiogram (ECG) signal acquisition component and a comprehensive signal acquisition component. The ECG signal acquisition component includes multiple electrodes and an ECG acquisition module, and is configured to acquire an ECG signal. The comprehensive signal acquisition component is arranged at a position of any fingertip on an inner surface of the glove body, and is configured to obtain a pulse wave signal, and obtain blood oxygen saturation. The main control module is configured to send the obtained ECG signal, blood oxygen saturation and pulse wave signal to external equipment to determine a probability of a risk of the hypertension of the user.
Prostate glove, fingertip optical encoder, connector system, and related methods
Systems and methods are provided herein that generally involve measuring a prostate or other object. In some embodiments, a finger clip having a roller ring or wheel rotatably mounted thereto is disposed within an inflatable membrane. The roller ring can include a measurement pattern positioned opposite to optical fibers configured to receive light reflected from the measurement pattern. A user can put on the finger clip, position the membrane in proximity to a rectal wall overlying a prostate, and inflate the membrane. As the user slides their finger across the inside of the membrane, which is pressed against the rectal wall, the roller ring can rotate with respect to the fibers such that the fibers move relative to the measurement pattern. A controller can sense light reflected through the fibers from the reference pattern and calculate or estimate various attributes of the prostate based on the reflected light.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ASSESSING, PREDICTING AND OPERATING USERS HEALTH IN REAL TIME
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a medical device for assessing, and predicting and operating the user's health by capturing the user's vital signs in real time. The medical device comprises a plurality of electrodes and a plurality of sensors positioned on various finger sheaths, wrist portions, and hand portions. The various finger sheaths, the wrist portions, and the hand portions are configured to allow the plurality of electrodes to detect a plurality of electrical potentials on different surfaces of a user's body parts and the plurality of sensors to collect vital signs on different surfaces of a user's body parts. at least one processing device configured to contact with the plurality of electrodes and the plurality of sensors, the plurality of electrodes and the plurality of sensors configured to transmit the detected plurality of electrical potentials and the plurality of vital signs from the different surfaces of the user's body parts to the processing device. The processing device configured to store the plurality of electrical potentials and the plurality of vital signs and process the detected plurality of electrical potentials and the plurality of vital signs to assess a user's health and an end user device configured to receive the plurality of processed electrical potentials and the plurality of vital signs form the processing device through a network.
Sensor data correction system
A sensor data correction system, includes: a standard motion mechanism unit for performing a standard motion of a wearable sensor; a determination unit calculating a relationship between first sensor data that is sensed by a first wearable sensor provided with the standard motion mechanism unit and second sensor data that is sensed by a second wearable sensor provided with the standard motion mechanism unit; and a correction unit correcting the first sensor data or the second sensor data, on the basis of the relationship that is calculated by the determination unit.
WEARABLE DEVICE CONFIGURED TO SUPPORT MEASUREMENT AND TRANSMISSION APPARATUS
Devices that take a novel approach to parameter measurement and output or transmission of signals, medicine, heat, etc. These devices are compact, versatile, relatively inexpensive, and require minimal training to be effectively used. These devices can be configured as interchangeable devices incorporated into a wearable article or device.
Receive coil arrangement and method for use thereof
An exemplary coil arrangement can be provided, which can include, for example, coil element(s) having a parallel resonant circuit at a port, where the coil element(s) is detuned by causing a low impedance at the port. Pre-amplifier arrangements can provide a low impedance at the port of the coil element(s) to suppress the induced current on the coil element(s) thereby reducing the inductive coupling to neighboring element(s). The coil element(s) can include an inductance and a capacitance which cancel each other out. The inductance and the capacitance can cancel each other out such that an impedance of the coil element has no imaginary part at a working frequency. An impedance of the coil element(s) in free space includes a real part that can be greater than a sum of losses for the coil element(s).
ERGONOMIC HELD WEIGHT UNIT AND METHOD OF USE
Hand held weight units of light weight manufactured as a solid unit, a shell unit with core insert combinations or modular units with interlocking ends. Shell units with core inserts and modular interlocking units allow for the changing of held weight by inserting or removing inserts or by locking or unlocking of modular weight unit sets creating varying held weight. The weight units are primarily used with upper body exercises during aerobic exercises in the home, outdoors, or in a gym setting such as walking or running to vary the intensity of workout during use.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SENSOR-BASED SPORTS ANALYTICS
Systems and methods for sports analytics are disclosed. A system for evaluating athletic performance can include wearable sensor devices configured to be removably coupled to an athlete's body during athletic performance, and one or more equipment-mountable sensor devices configured to be coupled to reference objects adjacent to an athletic performance site such as a goal or equipment. A computing device can be communicatively coupled to the wearable sensor device(s) and the equipment-mountable sensor device(s). The computing device is configured to receive sensor data from each of the sensor device(s) and to determine at least one performance parameter.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DETECTING CARDIAC ACTIVITY AND/OR INACTIVITY
A non-invasive sensor unit, such as a glove or pad, is adapted to be placed over the chest of an injured person who may be in need of CPR and/or AED. The sensor unit includes a plurality of electrodes for detecting one or more ECG voltages of the person. A controller processes the ECG voltages and displays them on a display, thereby enabling the user to assess whether CPR and/or AED is needed. The sensor unit is adapted to continue to provide ECG data while the user is applying chest compressions to the person. The sensor unit may include accelerometers for reducing artifacts from the ECG voltages that arise from the movement of the user while applying chest compressions. The electrodes are, in some embodiments, capacitive sensors that enable ECG voltages to be detected without requiring direct contact with the skin of the person.
