TRANSCUTANEOUS ANALYTE SENSOR SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Systems for applying a transcutaneous monitor to a person can include a telescoping assembly, a sensor, and a base with adhesive to couple the sensor to skin. The sensor can be located within the telescoping assembly while the base protrudes from a distal end of the system. The system can be configured to couple the sensor to the base by compressing the telescoping assembly.
AMBULATORY HEART MONITOR WITH CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE CONNECTION TO ELECTRONICS MODULE
An ambulatory monitor includes a conductive adhesive for electrically coupling a data recording module with a patient adhereable flexible patch. The ambulatory monitor includes a skin adhereable flexible patch and a data recording module that can be mounted to and demounted from the patch.
ELECTRODE COMPRISING A CONDUCTIVE ACRYLATE BASED PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE
The present invention relates to an electrode comprising a conductive pressure sensitive adhesive layer and a conductive layer. Furthermore, the invention refers to a method of manufacturing the electrode and to the use of the electrode for monitoring biosignals.
PHYSIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTIC SENSOR SYSTEM
A physiological characteristic sensor system includes a physiological characteristic sensor. The physiological characteristic sensor includes a housing having a first housing portion coupled to a second housing portion, and an antenna coupled to the first housing portion. The physiological characteristic sensor system includes a sensor inserter configured to be coupled to the physiological characteristic sensor. The sensor inserter includes a sensor retainer, and the sensor retainer is configured to couple to the second housing portion in a second state to couple the physiological characteristic sensor to the sensor inserter.
LINER FOR ADHESIVE SKIN PATCH
A liner associated with an adhesive skin patch of a physiological characteristic sensor deployed with a sensor inserter having a housing with a removable cover includes a surface to couple to the adhesive skin patch. The liner includes a removal portion to couple the liner to the removable cover of the sensor inserter such that a separation of the removable cover from the housing removes the liner from the adhesive skin patch.
LINER FOR ADHESIVE SKIN PATCH
A liner associated with an adhesive skin patch of a physiological characteristic sensor includes a first end opposite a second end. The liner includes a first side opposite a second side. The liner includes a surface to couple to the adhesive skin patch, at least a portion of which extends from the first end to the second end. The liner includes at least one graspable member defined between the first side and the second side that extends beyond the first end or the second end to initiate a peel of the liner from the adhesive patch at a center of the liner.
CHEST NON-INVASIVE BLOOD PRESSURE DETECTING PROBE BASED ON PULSE WAVE TRANSIT TIME AND DEVICE THEREOF
A chest non-invasive blood pressure detecting probe based on pulse wave transit time and a device thereof are provided. The detecting probe is attached closely to the skin surface of the human chest, and includes a probe body and a patch, which are of split type. The patch is attached and mounted, in a male-female fastener form, on the probe body for use, so that when the patch needs to be replaced, the patch is directly removed and replaced with a new patch, which is convenient for use. The detecting probe is portable and used for continuous dynamic real-time acquiring of the human aortic blood pressure, which is free from the constraints of lead wires, small and comfortable, and high in measuring precision.
Non-invasive physiological sensor cover
A sensor cover according to embodiments of the disclosure is capable of being used with a non-invasive physiological sensor, such as a pulse oximetry sensor. Certain embodiments of the sensor cover reduce or eliminate false readings from the sensor when the sensor is not in use, for example, by blocking a light detecting component of a pulse oximeter sensor when the pulse oximeter sensor is active but not in use. Further, embodiments of the sensor cover can prevent damage to the sensor. Additionally, embodiments of the sensor cover prevent contamination of the sensor.
TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING A DEEP INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF A HUMAN BEING
A measurement device may be wound around the arm of a wearer. The measurement device includes: —on a first, internal, face at least three skin temperature sensors extending over at least one portion of a peripheral line of the measurement device, in a first zone (Z33) of the device; —on a second, external, face, in a second zone (Z34) of the device, at least one cavitary temperature sensor for measuring a temperature in or close to the armpit. Zones (Z33, Z34) are arranged at least partly opposite one another or are substantially adjacent.
POSITIONAL OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA DETECTIN SYSTEM
An obstructive sleep apnea detection device including an optical engagement surface adapted to engage a user's skin; a light source adapted to emit light from the optical engagement surface; a photodetector adapted to detect light at the optical engagement surface and to generate a detected light signal; a position sensor adapted to determine patient sleeping position; a controller adapted to determine and record in memory blood oxygen saturation values computed from the detected light signal and user position information from the position sensor; and a housing supporting the optical engagement surface, the photodetector, the light source, the position sensor, and the controller.
