The present disclosure relates to an incontinence diaper for use by males. The diaper encloses a penis that is secured to the diaper by a strap found within the diaper. This diaper improves the prior art by minimizing the amount of skin that is exposed to urine that is involuntarily escaping the penis, accommodate penises of varying diameter and lengths, may be reused, and is simple to use and discreet.

A wearable absorbent undergarment designed to eliminate the presence of moisture on a wearer's skin due to urination or urinary incontinence. Additional inner layers with an orifice for containing the male penis occludes the penis in an internal cavity, and, thereby, prevents skin contact with expelled fluids. The isolation decreases the chance of irritation, discomfort, and diaper rash developments.

The present invention includes a male incontinence collection container comprising: a walled absorbent cored absorption chamber with an elastic aperture adapted to allow a penis to be in fluid communication with the chamber, wherein the chamber is shaped to deflect urine away from a body during urination, and wherein the elastic aperture is defined further as a breathable, tubular material to aid in the placement and retention in place of the penis; a hydrophobic material positioned between the chamber and the body to prevent contact of the urine with the body; and an absorbent material in the chamber that converts fluid to gel in fluid communication with the chamber, wherein the absorbent material absorbs and retains urine, while keeping a user dry and free from urine contact.

A personal hygiene device for nighttime diapering of an adult male includes a shell that has a top, which is open. The shell is shaped substantially complementarily to a lower trunk of an adult male and is water-impermeable. A pair of openings is positioned in the shell to insert legs of a user to position the shell over the lower trunk of the user. A first pad is coupled to an interior surface of the shell. The first pad is configured to absorb urine that flows from a penis of the user. A panel is positioned over a bottom section of the first pad. The panel has a bottom edge and opposing side edges that are coupled to the shell to define a sleeve. The sleeve is configured to insert the penis of the user to position the penis adjacent to the first pad.

A fitting to a male genitalia has a male-genitalia-facing portion. The diaper insert has a distal end, an attachment end, and a midsection between the distal end and attachment end. The disposable pant-type absorbent article includes a chassis having a front section and a back section, an absorbent core, a front region configured for receiving the genitals of a male user, in which the front section at least partly is made of an elastic material comprising at least one elastic element. The absorbent core within a front region, under the influence of side elastic elements and elastic web material is adapted to bulge outwardly during use of the article to form a bowl shaped portion for receiving the genitals of a male user.
