A dispenser of feminine hygiene products, including feminine pads and tampons activated by a motion sensor. A motion of a person's hand or other object within a given distance from the motion sensor will close an electronic circuit causing a motor to rotate. The motor is attached to a shaft which rotates. The shaft retains a feminine product dispenser. The feminine product dispenser transports one of the feminine hygiene products to a retrieval tray. A time delay reduces the likelihood of or prevents someone from continuously activating the motion sensor to dispense all of the products in the machine.

Disclosed herein are feminine hygiene articles and multilayer film structures. According to one or more embodiments disclosed herein, a feminine hygiene article may include a feminine hygiene pad including an absorbent body, an adhesive layer positioned on at least a surface of the absorbent body, and a pouch wrap in contact with the adhesive layer of the feminine hygiene pad. The pouch wrap may include a release layer in direct contact with the adhesive layer. The release layer may include a polymer composition including low density polyethylene covalently bonded to polydimethylsiloxane.

The package material has natural fibers and a basis weight of between 50 gsm to 120 gsm, as determined via ISO 536 as modified herein. And, the package material is recyclable.
