Loop fastener material for diaper and related method
A composite loop face fabric which incorporates a multi-bar stitch-bonded construction and related fastening system. A yarn system forms an arrangement of surface loops extending in stitched relation through a composite nonwoven substrate incorporating one or more layers of melt blown nonwoven fibrous material in sandwiched relation to one or more layers of spunbond nonwoven fibrous material. Multiple layers of melt blown nonwoven material and/or spunbond nonwoven material may be used if desired.
SINGLE LOOP NON-SKIN ADHESIVE BANDAGE
A non-adhesive single wrap bandage with replaceable gauze for the wound area secured by expandable strip bandage with reusable bandage end coupling is disclosed. The non-skin adhesive skin bandage body has an array of perforations for skin aeration, risers, quick release gauze pads and mating end tabs for ease of bandage re-use.
Sheet Of Loop Material, Apparatus And Method For Forming Same
A web of nonwoven fabric suitable for, e.g., the loop portion of a hook-and-loop fastening system. The method for making this material relies on differential shrinkage of different layers to cause the loops to self-form. The method is robust and simpler than that previously used for similar constructions.
WASHABLE OUTER SHELL WITH HOOK COVER MEMBER
The present disclosure relates to a washable outer shell (1) for an absorbent assembly (2), the outer shell (1) including an inner surface (3) and an outer surface (4), the outer shell (1) has an extension in the longitudinal direction (L) and in the transverse direction (T), the outer shell (1) comprises a front region (5), a crotch region (6) and a rear region (7), the rear region (7) including a first and a second corner region (7a,7b) and a rear central region (7c), the outer shell (1) including a first hook member (9a) provided in the first corner region (7a) and a second hook member (9b) provided in the second corner region (7b), the first corner region (7a) including a first corner outer edge (7a) and the second corner region (7b) including a second corner outer edge (7b), the outer shell (1) including a hook attachment zone (8).
Male surface fastener
A male surface fastener has a sheet having a main surface, and a group of engagement elements in which the engagement elements are regularly arranged, the engagement element having a pillar that stands on the main surface of the sheet and an engagement head that is expanded along the main surface from the top end of the pillar, wherein 0.05S2/S10.15 is satisfied where S1 represents an area of the main surface which corresponds to a region in which the group of engagement elements is arranged, and S2 represents a sum of areas of the top surfaces of the engagement heads of the engagement elements of the group of engagement elements.
Disposable diaper for pets
A disposable diaper for pets, having: a rear-side waist area; a stomach-side waist area; a crotch area; a rear-side flap section; a stomach-side flap section; and a tail insertion opening. At least either the rear-side flap section or the stomach-side flap section have an identification area. A determination can be made that there is a problem with the state of the rear-side flap section, on the basis of visual inspection information about the identification area, said visual inspection being performed externally on the disposable diaper for pets.
Method for producing a backsheet for absorbent sanitary articles and an absorbent sanitary article including this backsheet
A method for producing a backsheet for absorbent sanitary articles provided with hook-and-loop fasteners, comprising the steps of: advancing a continuous web of fibrous material without support at a first speed, cutting the continuous web of fibrous material in a transverse direction so as to form sections of fibrous material, accelerating the sections of fibrous material at a second speed greater than said first speed, welding said sections of fibrous material spaced apart at constant intervals onto a continuous non-woven support web advancing at said second speed, so as to convert said sections of fibrous material into frontal tapes of loop-material for hook-and-loop fasteners, and fixing a continuous impermeable film to said continuous non-woven support web with said frontal tapes of loop-material, so as to form a continuous backsheet web provided with frontal tapes of loop-material spaced apart at constant intervals.
PANT-LIKE ABSORBENT ARTICLE
A pant-type absorbent article has a longitudinal direction, a transverse direction, an inner surface facing the user during use, an outer surface facing away from the user during use. The article includes: a first body portion, a second body portion and an intermediate crotch portion provided with two leg openings. Outer longitudinal edge portions of the first body portion are adapted to be interconnected to outer longitudinal edge portions of the second body portion by first and second longitudinal refastenable side seam configurations. Each one of the refastenable side seam configurations includes a fastening component bonded to an outer longitudinal edge portion of the first body portion and a mating fastening component bonded to a corresponding outer longitudinal edge portion of the second body portion. Moreover, each one of the fastening components and the mating fastening components includes a first mechanical connector structure and a second mechanical connector structure.
Diaper closure system
One or more fastener tabs using particular spunlace materials are described. The fastener tabs find wide application as closure systems and can be used in products such as in disposable diapers.
LINE-UP OF ABSORBENT ARTICLES HAVING MATCHING WAIST CIRCUMFERENCES
A line-up of at least three hygiene absorbent articles of different sizes, each article comprising a pair of fasteners separated by a wingspan (W) that can be fastened to a fastening area (44) on the front region of the article so that the front region and the waist region form a waist opening. The fastening area in the front region comprises an innermost pair of fastening indicia (A-A), an outermost pair of fastening indicia (C-C) and preferably at least one intermediate pair of fastening indicia (B-B). The outer waist circumference of the article of a given size matches within 30 mm the inner waist circumference of the article of the next upper size in the line-up, the circumferences being calculated by adding the wingspan and the spacing between the innermost pair or outermost pair of indicia respectively.
