The subject of the present invention is a composition for dyeing human keratin fibres such as the hair, comprising: (a) at least one colouring agent chosen from oxidation dye precursors, direct dyes and mixtures thereof; (b) at least one amphoteric or zwitterionic surfactant; (c) at least one non-ionic surfactant; (d)at least one anionic surfactant (e) one or more fatty substances at a total content of at least 10% by weight relative to the weight of the composition; (f) at least one cationic polymer; (g) at least one oxidizing agent other than atmospheric oxygen. The present invention also relates to a process for dyeing human keratin fibres, in which this composition is applied to said fibres, and also to a suitable multicompartment device.

the weight ratio of the amount of linear α-olefin sulfonates to the amount of anionic surfactants being greater than or equal to 1.

Liquid hand soaps and body washes

The disclosure provides a liquid hand soap or body wash, comprising (i) a surfactant system comprising C.sub.8-18 alkyl-ether sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine (CAPB), and N-(2 hydroxyethyl) fatty acid amide; (ii) a polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide block copolymer; and (iii) one or more polyalkoxylated mono- or di-fatty acid esters or amides, the composition allowing reduced surfactant levels, while still having good rheological properties.

Hair colouring compositions

Disclosed is a hair colouring composition containing amino acids with at least a pKa greater than 10, oxidative dyes, and acetylaspartic acid or salts thereof. The compositions according to the invention do not contain ammonia or ethanolamine, do not damage the hair, guarantee shine and combability, and also cover white hair and withstand blue light.

METHODS FOR TREATING HAIR

The present disclosure relates to methods for treating hair, which are particularly useful for repairing, strengthening, and protecting hair from damage. The methods include applying to the hair each of the following components, together, separately, or in any combination thereof, in one or more hair-treatment compositions: (a) at least one amino acid or amino sulfonic acid, and/or a salt thereof, which is present in at least one of the one or more hair-treatment compositions in an amount of at least 0.5 wt. %; (b) at least one non-polymeric mono, di, or tricarboxylic acid, and/or a salt thereof, which is present in at least one of the one or more hair-treatment compositions in an amount of at least 0.5 wt. %; and (c) at least one non-taurate surfactant, which is present in at least one of the one or more hair-treatment compositions.

Hair treated with the methods exhibit desirable cosmetic properties such as smoothness, gloss, improved combability, and improved strength and elasticity.

Disinfectant Compositions

The present disclosure relates to antimicrobial skin disinfectant compositions such as hand disinfectant soaps, comprising one or more quaternary ammonium compounds, one or more surfactants and an aromatic alcohol, achieving anti-bacterial and fungicidal or yeasticidal efficacy in short contact times.
