A multi-purpose moisturizer composition. In one embodiment, the multi-purpose moisturizer has the form of a cream and is composed of a plurality of butter compounds such as, for example, rhea butter, cocoa butter, and jojoba butter, combined with a plurality of essential oils such as, for example, sweet almond oil, castor oil, argan oil, coconut oil, grape seed oil, and the like. In another embodiment, the multi-purpose moisturizer has the form of an oil and is composed of a plurality of essential oils such as, for example, hemp seed oil, vitamin E oil, chamomile oil, and the like. The cream or the oil embodiments of the multi-purpose moisturizer may be applied to an area of dry skin in order to alleviate itching and irritation while returning the skin to a healthy moisture level.

A biological hair shape change composition including a macromolecular component, a small molecular component and an alkali agent component is provided. The macromolecular component includes a protease belonging to the class of alkaline proteases, and the small molecular component includes a peptide with reduction activity. The present invention refers to a method of obtaining a composition comprising a cell suspension comprising hair progenitor cells (HPCs) from a human subject and plasma derived growth factors, which comprises the following steps: a. Incubating an isolated tissue sample comprising at least one complete hair follicle from the subject, preferably from the occipital region of the head of the subject, in a suspension of plasma derived growth factors, preferably obtained from the subject; for a period of time between 15 minutes and 1 hour at a temperature of approximately 37 C.; and b. Removing the tissue fragments from the product of step a); preferably by filtration; wherein in this method the cells from the tissue obtained from the sample of step a) are not enzymatically digested. The present invention also refers to a cell suspension or composition produced by the method thereof as well as the uses of such composition or cell suspension.
