DIELS-ALDER CONJUGATION METHODS
Described herein are protein-payload conjugates and compositions thereof that are useful, for example, for target-specific delivery of therapeutic and/or imaging agent moieties. In certain embodiments, provided are specific and efficient methods for producing protein-payload constructs (e.g., antibody-drug conjugates) utilizing a combination of transglutaminase and Diels-Alder techniques. Antibody-drug conjugates and compositions which comprise glutaminyl-modified antibodies, Diels-Alder adducts, and reactive payloads and are provided.
METHODS OF DETECTING NEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS VIA BINDING TO PHOSPHORYLATED TAU PROTEIN
Provided herein are methods and compositions for determining whether a patient suffers from a neurological disease or disorder is provided, comprising detecting the presence of a phosphorylated tau protein in a tissue of the patient, wherein the detecting comprises contacting the phosphorylated tau protein with a compound described herein.
FAP-TARGETED RADIOPHARMACEUTICALS AND IMAGING AGENTS, AND USES RELATED THERETO
The tumor stroma, which accounts for a large part of the tumor mass, represents an attractive target for the delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic compounds. Here, the focus is notably on a subpopulation of stromal cells, known as cancer-associated fibroblasts, which are present in more than 90% of epithelial carcinomas, including pancreatic, colon, and breast cancer. Cancer-associated fibroblasts feature high expression of FAP, which is not detectable in adult normal tissue but is associated with a poor prognosis in cancer patients. The present invention provides small-molecule radiopharmaceutical and imaging agents based on a FAP-specific inhibitor.
Antibody-coupled cyclic peptide tyrosine tyrosine compounds as modulators of neuropeptide Y receptors
The present invention comprises conjugates comprising a monoclonal antibody conjugated to a cyclic PYY peptide. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions and methods for use thereof. The novel conjugates are useful for preventing, treating or ameliorating diseases and disorders disclosed herein.
Bortezomib conjugates and methods using same
The present invention provides compositions and methods for providing controllable local delivery of a conjugate of bortezomib (Btz) and a bisphosphonate to promote bone formation. In certain embodiments, the invention is used as a treatment for a subject with diseases and disorders characterized by bone loss.
FUSED CYCLOOCTYNE COMPOUNDS AND THEIR USE IN METAL-FREE CLICK REACTIONS
The invention relates to fused cyclooctyne compounds, and to a method for their preparation. The invention also relates to a conjugate wherein a fused cyclooctyne compound according to the invention is conjugated to a label, and to the use of these conjugates in bioorthogonal labeling, imaging and/or modification, such as for example surface modification, of a target molecule. The invention further relates to a method for the modification of a target molecule, wherein a conjugate according to the invention is reacted with a compound comprising a 1,3-dipole or a 1,3-(hetero)diene.
FIBROBLAST ACTIVATION PROTEIN (FAP) TARGETED IMAGING AND THERAPY IN FIBROSIS
Excessive deposition of extracellular matrix is a hallmark of Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), it is advantageous to target the cells and the mechanisms associated with this process. By targeting myofibroblasts (specialized contractile fibroblasts) that are key for the development of IPF with drugs conjugated with fibroblast activation protein (FAP). this technology helps minimize the production of extracellular matrix in the lungs and provides a new treatment option for patients diagnosed with IPF.
A Theranostic Probe and its Use for Targeting and/or Labeling the EGFR Kinase and/or the Cells Expressing EGFR or its Family Members
The present application is directed to a theranostic probe and its use for targeting and/or labeling the EGFR kinase and/or the cells expressing EGFR or its family members.
HETEROARYL COMPOUNDS AND USES THEREOF
The present invention provides compounds, pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof, and methods of using the same.
