Furthermore, it is an object of the present disclosure to provide a multi-component unit for the oxidative lightening of keratinous fibers, in particular human hair, comprising as first component the cosmetic agent as contemplated herein and as second component an agent comprising H.sub.2O.sub.2. In addition, the present disclosure relates to the use of a salt of a polyhydroxylated monocarboxylic acid in a cosmetic composition.
THERMAL CONTROL OF HAIR COLOR-ALTERING COMPOSITIONS
The disclosure relates to thermal control of compositions for altering the color of hair, in particular to hair bleaching compositions comprising thermal control agents, hair color-altering compositions comprising the hair bleaching compositions and/or thermal control agents, methods for preparing and using the hair color-altering compositions, and kits comprising the hair bleaching compositions and/or thermal control agents.
Multicomponent composition
The instant disclosure generally relates to a multicomponent composition for coloring mammalian or synthetic keratin fibers, the multicomponent composition comprising first, second, third and fourth components. The first component includes an organic polymer, the second component includes an in situ linking material, the third component includes a base compound and the fourth component includes a catalyst or other substance. One or more of the components includes pigment microparticles. The multicomponent composition in situ links upon application, forms a solid coating on treated material such as hair and has a substantially long color remanence following development. Methods of using such compositions are also described herein.
PROCESS FOR BLEACHING KERATIN FIBERS USING AN OXIDIZING COMPOSITION AND UV-VISIBLE RADIATION
The present invention relates to a process for bleaching keratin fibers, in particular human keratin fibers such as the hair, comprising a step of applying, to said fibers, an oxidizing composition comprising hydrogen peroxide and a non-peroxygenated ammonium salt with a molar mass of greater than 40 g/mol and a step of irradiating said fibers with UV-visible radiation having a wavelength ranging from 200 to 800 nm and a fluence ranging from 1 to 5000 J/cm2, after application of said oxidizing composition.
Oxidative hair cream composition containing thiophene azo colorant
This invention relates to an oxidative hair cream composition that contains at least one oxidative hair cream ingredient and at least one thiophene azo colorant.
KIT-OF-PARTS AND COMPOSITION FOR DYEING OF KERATIN FIBERS, METHOD, AND USE THEREOF
The present invention is directed to the provision of a kit-of-parts, a dyeing composition, and a method for dyeing keratin fibres. The kit comprises separate compositions A and B and optionally separate composition C. Composition A comprises a direct dye and an alkalising agent. The aqueous composition B comprises guanidine and/or its salts together with one or more lipophilic compounds and/or one or more thickening polymers. Composition C comprises a persalt and/or persulfate salt. A method for dyeing keratin fibres comprises mixing compositions A and B, and optionally C, to yield a ready-to-use composition with pH in the range of 7 to 12. Composition B may be used for enhancing colour intensity and/or wash fastness of a direct dye on keratin fibres with the provision that it is mixed with composition A directly prior to application.
