Systems, devices, methods, and techniques are described for phase misalignment correction for evoked compound action potential (ECAP) measurement from alternating polarity stimulation. An example system includes processing circuitry that receives a first ECAP signal elicited by a first polarity configuration of stimulus electrodes and receives a second ECAP signal elicited by a second polarity configuration of the stimulus electrodes opposite the first polarity configuration. The processing circuitry also generates an adjusted second ECAP signal by temporally aligning at least a portion of the second ECAP signal to at least a portion of the first ECAP signal, and generates a composite ECAP signal based on the first ECAP signal and the adjusted second ECAP signal. Additionally, the processing circuitry outputs the composite ECAP signal.

Devices, systems, and techniques are disclosed for determining spatial relationships between electrodes implanted within a patient. In one example, a medical device delivers, via a first electrode, an electrical stimulus and senses, for each other electrode, a respective electrical signal indicative of the electrical stimulus. The medical device determines, for each other electrode, a respective value for each respective electrical signal. The medical device determines, based on the respective values for each respective electrical signal and values of tissue conductivity of tissues of the patient interposed between the first electrode and the other electrodes, spatial relationships between the first electrode and each other electrode of the plurality of electrodes.

ELECTRICAL STIMULATION DEVICE WITH MINIMALLY INVASIVE DELIVERY

The disclosure describes example devices, systems, and techniques for delivering electrical stimulation to a patient. In some examples, an IMD includes a housing having a main portion and projection extending from the main portion. The projection of the housing may carry an electrode. Stimulation circuitry may be disposed within the main portion of the housing where the stimulation circuitry may generate electrical stimulation deliverable via the electrode. Processing circuitry may be disposed within the main portion of the housing where the processing circuitry may control the stimulation circuitry to generate the electrical stimulation.

ELECTRICAL STIMULATOR FOR PERIPHERAL STIMULATION

A connector assembly includes a base and a detachable cover. Ports on separate sidewalls receive an extension cable and a lead. A blade assembly maintains electrical contact between the cable and the lead, while providing a surface to strip insulation and/or sever the lead. Further, the blade is resilient so as to maintain sufficient contact with the lead when the cover is attached and/or locked to the base.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PERCUTANEOUS EPICARDIAL ABLATION OF CARDIAC GANGLIONATED PLEXI WITHOUT MYOCARDIAL INJURY

A method and device for modulating the autonomic nervous system adjacent a pericardial space to treat cardiac arrhythmia includes a treatment source arranged to supply a treatment medium, a catheter having an end sized for insertion into the pericardial space, a medium delivery assembly having a distal end arranged to be positioned by the catheter into the pericardium, with the distal end of the delivery assembly comprising a delivery tip arranged to extend away from the distal end of the catheter into the pericardial space. A connector operatively couples the delivery tip of the medium delivery assembly to the treatment source, and the delivery tip of the medium delivery assembly including a plurality of delivery points for delivering the treatment medium at a plurality of treatment areas within the pericardial space. The device performs modulation or ablation of the autonomic nervous system at selected treatment areas within the pericardium.

METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR RENAL NEUROMODULATION

Methods and apparatus are provided for renal neuromodulation using a pulsed electric field to effectuate electroporation or electrofusion. It is expected that renal neuromodulation (e.g., denervation) may, among other things, reduce expansion of an acute myocardial infarction, reduce or prevent the onset of morphological changes that are affiliated with congestive heart failure, and/or be efficacious in the treatment of end stage renal disease. Embodiments of the present invention are configured for percutaneous intravascular delivery of pulsed electric fields to achieve such neuromodulation.
