A dry and wet land gear holder for supporting equipment for a hunter or wildlife observation enthusiasts. The holder includes an upper and lower support members that are telescopically extensible and retractable relative one another. The lower support member has a plurality of outwardly extending legs supporting the holder in a vertical orientation. A plurality of pegs for supporting the user's gear. The holder may be configured with an accessory that is received within a top end of the holder. The accessory may include a camera mount, a sighting rest, and a horizontal support platform, which may be configured as a work surface or a seat. The legs and bottom end of the lower support member may have ground penetrating tips to secure the holder in an upright position relative a ground surface.

A feeder stand including a rotary ground auger and base holds a feeder above the ground. An upright elongated rod defines a stand supported by an auger having helical coils removably screwed into the ground. A platform such as a round disc, or wire mesh platform is supported on the top distal end of the rod. At least two opposing legs extend perpendicular to the vertical elongated rod and auger forming a base. The distal end of selected opposing legs are bent or angled upward perpendicular from the ground forming handles for rotating the auger into the ground. The portion of the legs extending outward normal to the elongated support pole provides a base bearing against the ground for increased lateral support.

In some embodiments, a beverage holder includes a beverage receptacle, an accessory receptacle, and a shaft. The beverage receptacle defines a cylindrical volume and includes a flat base for supporting a beverage container, the flat base having a circular shape with a first diameter; a first arm having a second diameter and at least partially encircling the cylindrical volume; and a spine connecting the base and the arm. The accessory receptacle defines a rectangular volume and is connected to the base and to the first arm of the beverage receptacle. The shaft includes a first section connected to the base, and a second section with a pointed end for securing the beverage holder into the ground where the first and second sections are connectable by a threaded section.

In some embodiments, a beverage holder includes a beverage receptacle, an accessory receptacle, and a shaft. The beverage receptacle defines a cylindrical volume and includes a flat base for supporting a beverage container, the flat base having a circular shape with a first diameter; a first arm having a second diameter and at least partially encircling the cylindrical volume; and a spine connecting the base and the arm. The accessory receptacle defines a rectangular volume and is connected to the base and to the first arm of the beverage receptacle. Disclosed is a customizable in-ground stand that retains its position in response to off-center, leaning, and/or top-heavy forces imposed onto it by a retained object. The stand includes an elongated tube. The stand includes an interchangeable retention ring with a downward extension that attaches to a top of the elongated tube, and with a length of tube that extends laterally in front of the elongated tube as an incomplete ring from the downward extension. The stand further includes an interchangeable base with a rod that attaches to a bottom of the elongated tube, and with support members that extend outwards from each side of the rod. Each of the support members has a vertical triangular plate that extends perpendicularly from the rod and that narrows to a particular point towards a bottom of the rod, and a lip that extends perpendicularly over each vertical triangular plate.

A portable seat assembly for facilitating a user to be seated in any location includes a pole that is insertable into ground having the pole being vertically oriented. A stop is positionable around the pole to inhibit over insertion of the pole into the ground. A seat is removably attachable to the pole to facilitate a user to sit thereon. Additionally, the seat has a storage chamber integrated therein for storing objects. A lid is removably attachable to the seat and a cushion is coupled to the lid for the user to sit upon. A strap is removably attachable to the seat for wearing over the user's shoulders to carry the seat.

A portable seat assembly for facilitating a user to be seated in any location includes a pole that is insertable into ground having the pole being vertically oriented. A stop is positionable around the pole to inhibit over insertion of the pole into the ground. A seat is removably attachable to the pole to facilitate a user to sit thereon. Additionally, the seat has a storage chamber integrated therein for storing objects. A lid is removably attachable to the seat and a cushion is coupled to the lid for the user to sit upon. A strap is removably attachable to the seat for wearing over the user's shoulders to carry the seat.

A portable staked accessory holder is an apparatus that mounted into the ground to uphold various small items. The apparatus includes a tray, a telescopic post assembly, and a stake. The tray upholds small items such as a beverage cup or a small plate. The telescopic post assembly offsets the tray from the ground and is height adjustable. The stake drives into and mounts into the ground. The apparatus further includes a beverage holder, an electronic device holder, and a spring clamp. The beverage holder attaches a beverage with the telescopic post assembly so that the tray remains uninhibited and the space of the tray is maximized. The electronic device holder upholds an electronic device such as a smart phone with the beverage holder for easy access. The spring clamp allows the beverage holder, and consequently the electronic device holder to be attached and removed with the telescopic post assembly.
