CONVERTIBLE HAMMOCK-SHADE TENT
A convertible hammock-shade tent configurable as a shade tent and a hammock has a top tier comprising a plurality of perimeter sleeves and a pair of loop sets formed on a rear surface of the top tier. Each of the pair of loop sets run diagonally across the rear surface of the top tier. A pair of tent post are provided wherein each tent post is attachable to the top tier by running through one of the pair of loop sets and each of the pair of tent post having a pair of ends configured for securing the tent post to ground. a. wherein the top tier and tent posts can be configured for use as a shade tent wherein the top tier comprises a shade tent canopy; and b. wherein the top tier can be configured for use as a hammock, wherein (i) the top tier comprises a hammock panel having a panel first end and a panel second end wherein the panel first end is attached to a first erecting structure and the panel second end is attached to a second erecting structure.

Standing hook
A standing hook comprises a substantially hollow upright member, a cap, a support member, and a hook portion. The upright member comprises first and second ends, with the second end being configured to be inserted into the ground. The cap is attached to, and covers, the first end. The support member is rigidly attached to the upright member between the first and second ends. The hook portion extends from the upright member and comprises one or more structural portions. At least one of the structural portions comprises a hook for supporting one or more objects. The hook portion is substantially solid.
Standing hook
A standing hook comprises a substantially hollow upright member, a cap, a support member, and a hook portion. The upright member comprises first and second ends, with the second end being configured to be inserted into the ground. The cap is attached to, and covers, the first end. The support member is rigidly attached to the upright member between the first and second ends. The hook portion extends from the upright member and comprises one or more structural portions. At least one of the structural portions comprises a hook for supporting one or more objects. The hook portion is substantially solid.
Retractable leg spike
Provided is a leg spike for a tripod apparatus. The leg spike can retract in and out of a a leg of a tripod. In one example, the leg spike includes an inner hollow tube section with the leg spike therein which is attached to a sliding pin that enables the leg spike to retract in and out of the inner hollow tube section, and an outer hollow tube section that fits over the inner hollow tube section and includes a turning mechanism which allows the sliding pin to move up or down with respect to the outer hollow tube section causing the retractable leg spike to move in and out of the inner hollow tube section when a turning force is applied, and prevents the inner hollow tube section from moving up and down with respect to the outer hollow tube section when the turning force is applied.
Beverage holder
In some embodiments, a beverage holder includes a beverage receptacle, an accessory receptacle, and a shaft. The beverage receptacle defines a cylindrical volume and includes a flat base for supporting a beverage container, the flat base having a circular shape with a first diameter; a first arm having a second diameter and at least partially encircling the cylindrical volume; and a spine connecting the base and the arm. The accessory receptacle defines a rectangular volume and is connected to the base and to the first arm of the beverage receptacle. The shaft includes a first section connected to the base, and a second section with a pointed end for securing the beverage holder into the ground where the first and second sections are connectable by a threaded section.
Beverage holder
In some embodiments, a beverage holder includes a beverage receptacle, an accessory receptacle, and a shaft. Sand anchor utilizing compressed gas
A sand anchor includes a shank and a plunger. The plunger can be inserted into a first end of the shank. The plunger includes an extension, an annular fitting, and an interior seal. The extension is formed with a hollow center. The annular fitting is positioned between an outer surface of the extension and an inner surface of the shank. The interior seal is positioned within the hollow center of the extension and configured to provide a one-way seal.
Sand anchor utilizing compressed gas
A sand anchor includes a shank and a plunger. The plunger can be inserted into a first end of the shank. The plunger includes an extension, an annular fitting, and an interior seal. The extension is formed with a hollow center. The annular fitting is positioned between an outer surface of the extension and an inner surface of the shank. The interior seal is positioned within the hollow center of the extension and configured to provide a one-way seal.
