Golf practice device

A golf practise mat including a stance section and a ball strike section. The stance section is segmented into a plurality of planar components so that the golf may can be disassembled for shipping and storage. A kit is disclosed including the components and instructions for assembly. A golf practise mat may also have one or more swing training devices for installation of golf training rods.

Devices and method for increasing running performance
10639514 · 2020-05-05 · ·

A running device and method of using the device are disclosed. The device may include a moveable material within an inner chamber of the running device's housing. In operation, a running device may be held in each hand and the runner may thrust both hands downward prior to landing and quickly bring the devices to a vertical stop after landing. Bringing the devices to a vertical stop may cause the moveable material to collide with the housing and increase the force exerted by the runner on the ground. A delay component may delay the peak force exerted by the material against the housing so that the translation of that force to the ground coincides with the peak force that the runner would have exerted against the ground in the absence of the devices.

Low friction rehabilitation board with an integral band retaining feature and methods of rehabilitation

A low friction rehabilitation board having an integral band retaining feature is described. The rehabilitation board may have a coefficient of static friction of no more than about 0.5 and in some embodiments no more than about 0.06. The rehabilitation board has a plurality of band retaining feature configured along one or both ends and may be an integral band retaining features being formed in the board. Additionally, the rehabilitation may include one or more band retaining features on one or both sides of the board. The unique configuration of the band retaining features enables rehabilitation method heretofore not possible with a single board. Resistance bands may be retained in the band retaining features and coupled to a user's limb, such as a foot or ankle, to resist motion, such as sliding or extending the foot along the low friction surface of the rehabilitation board.

FLAG RELEASE SYSTEM AND METHOD

A flag tag system for removable mating with a resilient cylindrical cup-shaped member defining a socket includes a flag retention frame connected to the flag, a post connected to the flag retention frame, and a plurality of discs or arms connected to the post, the plurality of discs or arms for mating with the socket. The flag tag system is for a flag football or similar tag game using a flag that is pulled by force to tag a player. A first device with the shaped member defining the socket is worn on a belt by the player. The plurality of discs or arms mates by pressing into the socket of the shaped member. The flag retention frame carries a flag. The plurality of discs or arms can provide select pull or force tension for grabbing the flag and thereby popping the discs or arms from engagement with the socket of the shaped member. Embodiments also include a buckle system of a plug with arms for snug connection to a socket.

GOLF CLUB HEAD

A golf club head comprises a sole, a recessed sole port in the sole; and a rotatably adjustable sole piece adapted to be at least partially received within the sole port and comprising a central body having a plurality of contact surfaces adapted to contact the sole port and being offset from each other along a central axis extending through the central body of the sole piece. The sole piece can be positioned at least partially within the sole port at five or more rotational and axial positions with respect to the central axis, wherein at each rotational position, at least one of said contact surfaces of the central body contacts the sole port to set the axial position of the sole piece. The sole port and/or the sole piece can be generally pentagonal in shape.

An inflatable plyometric box having a first inflatable member adapted to be inflated to a pressure, a second inflatable member on top of the first inflatable member and adapted to be inflated to a pressure, and a connecting member connected to the first inflatable member and the second inflatable member which secures the first inflatable member to the second inflatable member. The first and second inflatable members incorporate drop stitch technology which provides substantial rigidity to first and second inflatable members when the first and second inflatable members are inflated to the pressures. Thus the inflatable plyometric box is substantially rigid to support a user landing on the top of the inflatable plyometric box. The inflatable plyometric box may additionally include a stabilizing member which may be connected to the bottom of the inflatable plyometric box, wherein the stabilizing member is adapted to increase the stability of the inflatable plyometric box.
