Convertible carrying case
A convertible carrying case having a first container and a second container that is convertible between a primary configuration and a secondary configuration. Each container having a primary face (with primary access structure for accessing the interior of the container when the convertible carrying case is in the primary configuration) and a secondary face (with secondary access structure for accessing the interior of the container when the convertible carrying case is in the secondary configuration). A first matable half and a second matable half of an openable-closeable connection are connectable to secure the containers in either a primary configuration or a secondary configuration. Preferably, contents within the containers may remain during conversion between the primary configuration and the secondary configuration. A method for converting a convertible carrying case between the primary configuration and the secondary configuration.
Inclement Weather Multi-Mode Hiking Garment
Hiking/trekking garment employing a special suspension harness and bat-wing type sleeves configured to permit the garment to be partially doffed in a gathered transport mode yet is retained on the hiker's back for rapid deployment in case of unexpected change in the weather. The backpack and garment may be donned or doffed independent of the other and without assistance of another person. The harness prevents the garment from riding up and back to not choke the wearer. The garment is specially configured with expandable backpack cover panels. A backpack may be donned or doffed by the wearer alone without assistance and independent of the garment, even while the garment is deployed in the inclement weather use position. Conversely, the garment can be independently put on or taken off without disturbing the backpack and without assistance. The length of the garment may be selected to form a cloak or a jacket.
Unitary, continuous and linear apparatus having dual functionality for transporting and securing cover to a seating or resting device
A unitary and continuous linear apparatus having dual fastening means for providing hands-free transporting of a cover to a destination having a seating or resting device. The apparatus is also adaptable to be removably mounted on the seating or resting device for securing the cover from being displaced. The continuous liner apparatus is of modular design and can be adapted for providing a securing pad having the advantages of being easily stored, easily clean, and containing storage for personal items. Moreover, the modularity also provides for disassemble for cleaning and storage.
Wearable sports equipment carrier with personal flotation device
A device for carrying a surfboard, similar sporting equipment or other objects. One embodiment is comprised of webbing material with fixed loop having a loop buckle that slides along the fixed loop and a strap element that in combination with the loop buckle creates a secondary adjustable loop. The secondary adjustable loop is used to hold a surfboard or other object securely in place and the fixed loop supports the surfboard from one of the user's shoulder allowing hands free operation. When not utilized as a carrier the device can be worn, such as a belt. The user keeps the fixed loop compressed together, wraps the carrier around his/her waist, through the loop buckle and then attaches it back onto itself. A personal flotation device can be attached to the strap element so that the carrier and personal flotation device form a single unit.
Beach equipment carrier and locating pole
A dual function article carrier is converted into a position marker for use within a crowd after carrying the articles to a desired position. A smaller member slides with an intermediate member that slides with a larger base member. The intermediate member with the smaller member extends from the base member as a carrier. As a position marker the smaller member with a ribbon or pennant on top extends from the intermediate member. Members are slid and held together in a storage condition. Lock pins in holes connect the members. A sleeve is centered in a bucket while it is filled with sand. A lid with a hole is connected to the bucket. The sleeve extends upward. A bottom of the large member is held within the sleeve. Garments and towels are held on arms extended through a member.
LUGGAGE SYSTEMS
A system comprises a first body, comprising: a backpack suspension; a first storage region; and a first portion of a first attachment mechanism. A second body comprises: a second storage region; and a first portion of a second attachment mechanism. A third body comprises: a third storage region; a second portion of the first attachment mechanism; and a second portion of the second attachment mechanism. In a first configuration, the first portion of the first attachment mechanism is coupled to the first portion of the second attachment mechanism. In a second configuration, the first portion of the first attachment mechanism is coupled to the second portion of the first attachment mechanism, and the first portion of the second attachment mechanism is coupled to the second portion of the second attachment mechanism.
Wearable Sports Equipment Carrier With One or Two Shoulder Straps
A device for carrying a surfboard, similar sporting equipment or other objects. One embodiment is comprised of webbing material with one or two primary loop(s) having a loop buckle that slides along the primary loop and a strap element that in combination with the loop buckle creates a secondary adjustable secondary loop. The secondary adjustable secondary loop is used to hold a surfboard or other object securely in place via gravity acting on the object being carried and the primary loop, or adjustable primary loop supports the surfboard from one or both of the user's shoulder allowing hands free operation. When not utilized as a carrier the device can be worn, such as a belt. The user keeps the primary loop compressed together, wraps the carrier around his/her waist, through the loop buckle and then attaches it back onto itself. A personal flotation device can be attached to the strap element so that carrier and personal flotation device from a single unit.
