ERGONOMIC ACCESSORY FOR SMARTPHONES AND OTHER HAND-HELD PORTABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Injury to the digits, hand and wrist are associated with the frequent usage of portable hand-held electronic devices (“PEDs”), including but not limited to smartphones. This is true as well for injury to the neck and shoulder areas. The potential for injury to the digits, hand and wrist in particular is anticipated to be exacerbated by the larger smartphones, and especially the tablet-like smartphones. The ergonomic accessory of the invention has several embodiments whose design is intended to ameliorate if not prevent such injuries. Certain embodiments are partially or fully case-like in form so that they envelope to a greater or lesser degree, such hand-held electronic devices. Another embodiment attaches to a PED through an element of the PED such as the charging socket. The accessory also removably attaches the hand of the user or provides a secure holding surface for the user.
ARM WORN HYDRATION DEVICE
A hydration device is provided that includes a sleeve that is worn securely on a limb, such as a forearm, of a user and contains a bladder for holding liquid such as water, sports drinks, etc. The bladder is removable and includes a refill port and a drinking valve. The hydration device can be designed to absorb impacts while being worn, yet is light-weight and flexible enough to conform to the user's body.
COMPACTING GRIP FOR HANDHELD DEVICES
The invention is directed to a compacting grip apparatus for a hand-held touch screen electronic device. The apparatus includes an extension portion comprising an extendable ribbon-shaped structure, the extension portion having a first end and an opposing second end. In some embodiments, the extension expands to an open position and contracts to a closed position. The apparatus includes a hard base that includes a flat outside face and an inside portion fixedly connected to the first end of the extension portion. The apparatus includes a hard top that includes an inside portion fixedly connected to the second end of the extension portion and a flat or plate-like outside face facing away from the outside face of the base.
Holder having multiple carry devices and removable front case for use with photographic items
A holder for receiving, storing and carrying photographic items such as cameras, printers, film packs or photographic prints. The holder has a front/distal case that is removably connected to a back/proximal case so that the two cases can be used together or separately. A multi-clip having a pair of open sections and a base member removably attaches the front case to the back case. A pair of side members guide the multi-clip into place to be received in a clip receiver. The cases are configured be used with various carrying devices that allow the user to carry the holder or one of the cases thereof. In one embodiment, the front case has a back section with a divider that defines separate areas for a film pack and prints and a front section that pivots to open or close the front case and allow access to the items.
A METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING GRAPH-BASED PREDICTION USING OPTIMAZATION FUNCTION
The present invention provides a method for performing a graph-based prediction using a graph signal including obtaining a context signal; generating a graph signal based on a graph parameter set; obtaining a graph-based transform matrix based on the graph signal, wherein the graph-based transform matrix includes an eigenvector; obtaining a prediction vector using an optimal transform vector calculated through an optimization function; and generating a prediction signal using the prediction vector, where the optimization function has the context signal, an eigenvalue of a graph Laplacian matrix and the eigenvector as a variable.
HOLSTER
A concealed gun holster to be worn around the waist and leg of a person. The gun holster having a leg strap, a hip strap, and a gun shroud. The hip strap and gun shroud configured to be adjustable and movable based on the personal preferences and comfort of the person.
GRIP APPARATUS
A grip system comprises a protective case and a grip apparatus. The grip apparatus is attached to a back surface of the protective case. The grip apparatus includes a base, two flexible strips or straps, and a cap. The base is configured to be removably inserted into the recess in the back of the protective case. The two flexible strips are each attached to the base. The cap is proximate a top surface of the base when in a stowed position and extendable away from the top surface of the base when the cap is pulled outward to an extended position. Each flexible strip is configured or adapted to slide within a slot or channel in the cap. Each flexible strip slides into the slot when the grip apparatus is transitioned to the stowed position and slides out of the slot when transitioned to the extended position.
MOBILE PHONE CASE APPARATUS AND SYSTEM
A mobile phone case. A charging cable or an audio cable, or a combination thereof, can be stored within the mobile phone case and deployed outward as desired. Alternatively, the cable can provide the added utility of mounting, hanging, and tying capabilities for attachment of the mobile phone case onto certain physical objects or the human body. Furthermore, the mobile phone case may provide multiple anchor points to create a rigging system with the cable that forms various suspension configurations for a desired location.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND PROGRAM
[Object] To make it capable of switching a state in which a device is carried and a state in which the device is not carried in a more suitable form in accordance with a state or situation in which the device is used. [Solution] Provided is An information processing device including: an acquisition unit configured to acquire information on a user; and a controller configured to execute a control process for moving a device that can be carried by the user so that the device changes between a carry state in which the device is carried by the user and a non-carry state in which the device is not carried by the user on the basis of the information on the user.
Drop-prevention pouch for cordless power tools
A drop-prevention pouch for a cordless power tool has a battery pack that defines a battery pack perimeter. The drop-prevention pouch includes a pouch floor and a sidewall extending transversely from the pouch floor and having a sidewall rim portion defining a pouch opening. The pouch floor and the pouch sidewall define a chamber sized to receive the battery pack when the battery pack is attached to the cordless power tool. A flexible conduit extends along the sidewall rim portion. A drawstring extends through the flexible conduit and is capable of restricting the pouch opening to be smaller than the battery pack perimeter, thereby preventing the drop-prevention pouch from being removed from the battery pack when the battery pack is attached to the cordless power tool.
