A bristle sheet is tightly bonded to an outer root of the brush head, and a height of the bristle sheet is less than that of the edge of the brush head. Therefore, in the process of makeup, the layering of bristles of the brush head and the outer bristle sheet is enhanced to make the brush more stylish, contributing to a more delicate makeup effect and an increased skin touching feeling.
