12167824 · 2024-12-17 · ·

A particle receiving device for attachment to a particle outlet of a vacuum cleaner and/or of a cyclone separator and for receiving separated particles, including: a particle receiving volume for receiving the particles, an access element with an access element opening through which the particles can be transported into the particle receiving volume, and a closure element. The access element is selectively displaceable relative to the closure element into a closure position in which the closure element closes access opening, or into an open position in which the closure element releases the access element opening.

HANDHELD VACUUM CLEANER

A handheld vacuum cleaner including a suction inlet, a main body, a handle defined by a portion of the main body, a motor disposed within the main body operating a suction source, and a filter coupled to the main body. The filter is configured to separate debris from a flow of fluid drawn through the suction inlet. The filter includes a housing forming a first volume and a filter media forming a second inner volume. The filter media is coupled to the housing such that the first and second inner volumes together at least partially define a collection container configured to store debris separated by the filter media from the flow of fluid. The filter further includes an inlet opening that extends through the housing to provide fluid communication into the collection container such that the flow of fluid with the debris can flow into the collection container such that the flow of fluid with the debris can flow into the collection container and a relatively clean flow of fluid exits through the filter media.

VACUUM FILTER

A filter configured to separate debris from a flow of fluid. The filter includes a housing and a filter media coupled to the housing to form a collection container. The collection container is configured to store debris separated by the filter media from a flow of fluid. The filter further includes an inlet opening that extends through the housing to provide fluid communication into the collection container such that the flow of fluid with the debris can flow into the collection container and a relatively clean flow of fluid exits through the filter media. The filter further includes an attachment member that couples the filter media to the housing.

A hand vacuum cleaner has an air flow path from a dirty air inlet to a clean air outlet. A suction motor is positioned in the air flow path and a non-cyclonic air treatment chamber is in the air flow path downstream from the dirty air inlet and upstream from the suction motor. The air treatment chamber has a front end having a chamber air inlet, a rear end having a chamber air outlet. A non-return valve flap closes an inlet port of the chamber air inlet. The non-return valve flap has an upper end that is mounted to the air treatment chamber and a lower end. The non-return valve flap is moveable from a closed position in which it closes the inlet port to an open position in which the lower end of the non-return valve flap rotates inwardly and upwardly whereby the inlet port is opened.
