Sampling device and system for collecting a body fluid sample
This disclosure concerns a sampling device and a system for collecting body fluid, comprising a metal lancing unit having a distal tip suitable for piercing skin and a capillary channel extending between the tip and a proximal section of the lancing unit for collecting body fluid; and further comprising a plastic holding unit affixed to the lancing unit for manipulating the lancing unit in order to form an incision in the skin, wherein the holding unit contains a sorbent adapted for sorption of moisture and/or volatile substances to protect the sampling device from degradation prior to use.
Automated sequential injection and blood draw
Devices are provided to automatically inject drugs or other payloads into or beneath skin. These devices include an injector configured to drive a hollow needle into the skin and subsequently to deliver the payload through the hollow needle. Applied suction acts to draw blood from the puncture formed in the skin through the hollow needle, into the device, and to a sensor, blood storage element, or other payload. In some examples, the blood is drawn through the hollow needle when the hollow needle is penetrating the skin. In some examples, these devices are additionally configured to retract the hollow needle from the skin and/or to perform some other functions. These devices can be wearable and configured to automatically access blood or deliver a payload into skin, for example, to operate at one or more points in time while a wearer of a device is sleeping.
LANCET DEVICE
Disclosed is a lancet device including: a body; a head cap, wherein a first end of the head cap is provided with a needle outlet hole, and a second end of the head cap is connected to the first end of the body; a needle seat and a blood taking needle, wherein the needle seat is provided in the body, the blood taking needle is provided to the needle seat, and the needle tip of the blood taking needle is adapted to extend out from the needle outlet hole; a driving core, which is adapted to drive the needle seat to move toward the needle outlet hole; and a driving spring for providing a trigger elastic force for the driving core, wherein: the first end of the needle seat is provided with elastic arms that are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction, and the elastic arms elastically abut against an inner wall of the head cap or an annular wall provided in the head cap.
LANCET DEVICE
Disclosed is a lancet device including: a body, having a first end and a second end; a head cap, wherein the first end of the head cap is provided with a needle outlet hole, and the second end of the head cap is connected to the first end of the body; a tail cap, wherein the first end of the tail cap is connected to the second end of the body, and the tail cap is provided with a first spring connecting portion, or the first spring connecting portion is provided in the tail cap; a needle core assembly, at least a part of which is axially guided and located in the body, wherein the needle core assembly includes a needle seat and a blood taking needle, the blood taking needle is provided on the needle seat, and the needle tip of the blood taking needle is adapted to extend out from the needle outlet hole; a trigger assembly, having a driving core acting on the needle seat, wherein the driving core is adapted to drive the needle seat to move toward the needle outlet hole based on a trigger operation, and the driving core is provided with a second spring connecting portion; a driving spring, the both ends of which respectively abut against or are connected with first and second spring connecting portions, wherein the driving spring is located between the first and second spring connecting portions; and an elastic force adjustment unit for adjusting the axial distance between the first and second spring connecting portions to adjust the trigger elastic force of the driving spring.
