LEARNING DEVICE, LEARNING METHOD, AND MEASUREMENT DEVICE
The present invention provides a learning device including a learning unit that performs learning related to the output of vital data indicating life signs of a subject, with the use of first sensor data acquired from the subject by the first system as learning data and of teacher data based on second sensor data acquired from the subject by the second system in the same period as an acquisition period of the first sensor data, the second system being less affected by noises than the first system.
Leadless pacemaker systems, devices and methods that monitor for atrial capture
Systems, devices, and methods for monitoring for atrial capture are disclosed. Such a method, for use within an implantable system including an atrial leadless pacemaker (aLP) and a ventricular leadless pacemaker (vLP), includes storing within a memory of the vLP a paced atrial activation morphology template corresponding to far-field atrial signal components expected to be present in a vEGM sensed by the vLP when an atrial pacing pulse delivered by the aLP captures atrial tissue. The vLP senses a vEGM and compares a morphology of a portion of the sensed vEGM to the paced atrial activation morphology template to determine whether a match therebetween is detected. Additionally, the vLP determines whether atrial capture occurred or failed to occur (responsive to an atrial pacing pulse), based on whether the vLP detects a match between the morphology of a portion of the sensed vEGM and the paced atrial activation morphology template.
TEMPLATE-BASED ANALYSIS AND CLASSIFICATION OF CARDIOVASCULAR WAVEFORMS
In various embodiments, a first classification assigned to a periodic component of an electrical waveform that represents electrical activity in a patient's heart may be identified. A corresponding periodic component of a hemodynamic waveform that represents hemodynamic activity in the patient's cardiovascular system may be analyzed. The corresponding periodic component may be causally related to the periodic component of the electrical waveform. Based on the analysis, the previously-assigned classification may be assigned to the corresponding periodic component of the hemodynamic waveform in response to a determination, based on the analyzing, that the previously-assigned classification also applies to the corresponding periodic component. In a database of hemodynamic templates, a hemodynamic template associated with the previously-assigned classification may be updated to include one or more features of the corresponding periodic component of the hemodynamic waveform.

System and method for facilitating a cardiac rhythm disorder diagnosis with the aid of a digital computer
A system for facilitating a cardiac rhythm disorder diagnosis is provided. A download station is adapted to retrieve cutaneous action potentials of a patient recorded as ECG data. A plot of R-R interval data is generated based on the ECG data and displayed. A presentation of the R-R interval data in the display is changed by identifying a section of the R-R interval data and removing portions of the R-R interval data associated with an earlier recordation time than the R-R interval data in the section and a later recordation time than the R-R interval data in the section. The R-R interval data remaining in the display is provided in greater detail. Report strips are generated from the remaining R-R interval data and classified with a cardiac condition of the patient.
Heart graphic display system
A system is provided for displaying heart graphic information relating to sources and source locations of a heart disorder to assist in evaluation of the heart disorder. A heart graphic display system provides an intra-cardiogram similarity (“ICS”) graphic and a source location (“SL”) graphic. The ICS graphic includes a grid with the x-axis and y-axis representing patient cycles of a patient cardiogram with the intersections of the patient cycle identifiers indicating similarity between the patient cycles. The SL graphic provides a representation of a heart with source locations indicated. The source locations are identified based on similarity of a patient cycle to library cycles of a library cardiogram of a library of cardiograms.

Wearable heartbeat and breathing waveform continuous monitoring system
Apparatus and method are provided to collect and analyze heartbeat waveforms. In one novel aspect, the heartbeat waveforms are collected from wearable devices. In one embodiment, the wearable device collects heartbeat waveforms by attaching the device to the patient for a long period and sends the collected waveforms to a receiver through a wireless network. In another novel aspect, an application program is installed in a smart device to receive heartbeat waveforms from one or more wearable devices. The application program either relays the received waveform to a remote processing center or processes the data before sending. In another novel aspect, an analysis method compares received patient's current heartbeat waveform with historic data. In one embodiment, the historic data are stored in a cloud-based database. In another novel aspect, the remote processing center is an open platform data center, which takes in certified third party inputs.

System and method for facilitating a cardiac rhythm disorder diagnosis with the aid of a digital computer
A system and method for facilitating a cardiac rhythm disorder diagnosis with the aid of a digital computer is provided. Cutaneous action potentials of a patient are recorded over a set period of time as ECG data and a difference between recording times of successive pairs of R-wave peaks are recorded as R-R intervals. A heart rate is associated with each time difference. An R-R interval plot of the ECG data is generated. A presence of a cardiac event is displayed by presenting a presence of sinus tachycardia or a presence of bradycardia via the R-R interval plot.
