WEARABLE MONITOR
The present disclosure relates to a wearable monitor device and methods and systems for using such a device. In certain embodiments, the wearable monitor records cardiac data from a mammal and extracts particular features of interest. These features are then transmitted and used to provide health-related information about the mammal.
Systems and Methods of Analyzing and Displaying Ambulatory ECG Data
This specification describes methods of performing ECG analyses. In one approach, the system receives an ECG recording for a first duration, automatically performs a first analysis of the ECG recording for the first duration to detect events with reference to each of a plurality of arrhythmias, generates a GUI where areas within the GUI are designated for displaying detected events for each of the arrhythmias and enables a user to select at least one ECG segment of a second duration of the ECG recording. In response to the user's selection of the at least one ECG segment, the system presents the user with at least one option, and in response to the user's selection of the option, the system performs a second analysis of the ECG segment of the second duration and displays at least one output corresponding to the second analysis.

System and method for determining a probability for a person to have arrhythmia
Disclosed are a system and a method for determining a probability for a person to have arrhythmia. The system comprises means for measuring heartbeat interval of the person for a period of time; an accelerometer; means for measuring an electrocardiogram of the person; a user interface for providing information and alerts, and a processor. The processor is configured to detect a period of rest of the person, based on measurement data from the accelerometer; analyze the measured heartbeat interval to determine a probability of having arrhythmia for the person; generate an alert to the user interface, if the probability exceeds a predetermined threshold value, to alert the person to measure the electrocardiogram with the means for measuring an electrocardiogram; analyze the measured electrocardiogram to determine if the probable arrhythmia is confirmed; and indicate the confirmed arrhythmia to the person via the user interface.

METHOD FOR THE DETECTING ELECTROCARDIOGRAM ANOMALIES AND CORRESPONDING SYSTEM
A heart-rate associated with a heartbeat signal is determined. A transform is selected based on the determined heart-rate associated with the heartbeat signal and a reference heart-rate associated with a dictionary of a sparse approximation model. The transform is selected independent of other factors associated with generation of the heartbeat signal. The selected transform is applied to the dictionary of the sparse approximation model, generating an adjusted dictionary of the sparse approximation model. Anomalous heartbeats in the heartbeat signal are detected using the adjusted dictionary of the sparse approximation model.
Systems for safe and remote outpatient ECG monitoring
A system and method providing outpatient ECG monitoring and safe home based cardiac tele-rehabilitation. The system includes a recordation module for recording ECG signals using at least one lead, a tele-rehabilitation module for home based exercise management for a patient's recovery, the tele-rehabilitation module including a processing module for recognizing erroneous data from the ECG signals and an analysis module for calculating beat-to-beat annotations and determining if an ECG event and/or if a QT interval duration change has occurred. The system can include an exercise module for guiding the patient during an exercise session, a visual display that informs the patient to start and/or to stop the tele-rehabilitation exercise, a visual display and/or audible signal that informs the patient of an incoming or a missed tele-rehabilitation exercise session, and/or a communication module for transmitting/receiving data between the a cardiac tele-rehabilitation module and a physician/monitoring center.
