A toothbrush device having a body defining a cavity and an input port disposed on the body in fluid communication with the cavity. The input port permits brushing by-products to pass through the input port and into the cavity while restricting passage of the brushing by-products outward from the cavity. In one form, the toothbrush device includes an elongated handle with a reservoir having at least a portion disposed within the handle. The reservoir is sized to hold a predetermined amount of oral care product, and a mouthpiece is in fluid communication with the reservoir to discharge the oral care product from the reservoir.

For example, teeth can be discreetly cleaned after drinking dark-colored beverages in social settings wherein conventional teeth cleaning devices are unavailable or inconvenient. The portable and discrete tooth cleaning devices can be used with described processes and stored and dispensed with described devices.

An oral care implement that includes a handle and a head. Cleaning elements are coupled to the head and extend from the front surface of the head. At least one of the cleaning elements is a first type of cleaning element that extends from a first end to a second end along a longitudinal axis and has a polygonal transverse cross-sectional shape. The first type of cleaning element has an outer surface having a plurality of elongated faces and a plurality of elongated edges. The first type of cleaning element is formed from a first component and a second component, the first and second components being different in at least one characteristic. An interface of the first and second components is located along at least one of the elongated edges.

An oral care product dispensing system includes a container and a plurality of individually packaged items arranged in an organized fashion according to a predetermined treatment plan. At least one of the individually packaged items, or the packages in which it is contained, may be identified with a predetermined time for use. The plurality of individually packaged items may be arranged sequentially according to the predetermined time for use, such as meals, times of day, days, or intervals.

A portable disposable toothbrush device is provided. The device is comprised of a handle from which a user may grip and operate the device. The device is further comprised of a plurality of bristles which may be brushed over the teeth or other parts of the mouth to maintain dental hygiene. The present invention relates generally to the field of oral hygiene. More specifically, the present invention relates to an oral mouth swab device. The device is primarily comprised of a head, further comprised of at least one edge that allows for easy cleaning and disinfecting of the mouth. Further, the device is comprised of a handle, further comprised of a grip area that allows for a user to use the device with minimal effort. The device provides a novel way for maintaining oral hygiene. Further, the device allows a user to be able to conveniently clean their teeth, gums, tongue, and tonsils throughout the day. In one embodiment, the device further provides a user with a way to apply medication and antiseptic directly to the mouth.

A single use fluid delivery system including a fluid containing vial fitted with a non-removable sealing plug; a separate fluid applicator non-removably installable on the fluid vial; and a ball seal structure located on the fluid vial and configured to seal the fluid vial until the applicator is installed. The fluid filled and sealed vial and the applicator are provided as separate pieces, and during use of the single dose fluid delivery system the applicator is installed onto the vial, and during installation of the applicator onto the vial, the seal is dislodged and opens a channel for the fluid to flow to the applicator.

In one aspect, the invention can be an oral care implement having a handle; a head coupled to the handle; at least one bristle tuft extending from the head, the at least one bristle tuft comprising at least one spiral bristle comprising coextruded first and second strand components that are intertwined together to form the at least one spiral bristle; the first strand component comprising a first plastic and a first oral care additive; and the second strand component comprising a second plastic and a second oral care additive, Tine rein the first oral care additive is different than the second oral care additive.

A toothbrush includes a head with an extendable handle. The toothbrush has a brush head with bristles extending from one side, and an opening containing one or more segments nested within one another. The inner-most segment is pulled outward, away from the brush head, with the adjacent outer segments following forming a handle assembly. A resilient member within the brush head between the head and inner-most segment assists in extension of the handle assembly. Upon extension the segments form an interference fit with each adjacent interior and exterior segment forming a rigid handle assembly. When the handle assembly is in an extended configuration a retention member extends from the interior of the segment surrounding the extended segment for engaging the end of the segment thereby preventing the handle assembly from collapsing. A rotatable collar at the end of the inner-most segment includes filament for flossing teeth.
