The body comprises an upper biting surface positioned within an upper channel and a lower biting surface within a lower channel. A wheel brush for a wheelchair has a brush housing that has a longitudinal channel and an open bottom. A brush head is slidably received within the channel such that bristles located on the brush head extend out through the open bottom of the brush housing. A hole is present in the middle of the brush body. A threaded adjusting rod passes through the hole of the brush body to engage with a pusher plate to hold the pusher plate and one or more replaceable sponge pads inside the brush body. The threaded adjusting rod is configured to displace the pusher plate and one or more replaceable sponge pads from a first position to a second position inside the brush body, in response to rotation of a rotary knob by a user.

The representation of the health profile may also include a list of desirable oral health characteristics that are detectable from the sample. Furthermore, a user may select one of the undesirable health characteristics, and in response an indication of historical values associated within he selected one of the undesirable health characteristics may be displayed on the display.
