The first and second fastening wings (9,10) are asymmetrical with respect to any transverse and longitudinal axis and the width of the release paper (w.sub.r) is not more than 7 mm greater than the sum of the first and the second adhesive region maximum widths, W.sub.aimax + W.sub.a2max.
