BRUSH HEAD ASSEMBLY AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE
A brush head (32) including: a supporting portion (42) of a brush neck (40); a plurality of bristle tufts (21), each of which comprises a plurality of bristle strands having a proximal end (23) and a free end (25), wherein each of the plurality of bristle tufts comprises a proximal end head portion (26) melted into a first shape within a mold; and an elastomeric matrix (30) comprising at least a portion of the hard brush neck and the proximal end head portions, wherein the first shape of the proximal end head portion is configured to engage the elastomeric matrix such that the bristle tufts are retained within the elastomeric matrix.
Makeup Brush
The method for manufacturing a makeup brush includes: molding a ferrule and welding bristles to the ferrule. The ferrule includes a ferrule inner end; a ferrule outer end; a ferrule body; an interior; and a well. The well has a well base parallel to the ferrule outer end. The well base has an inner side and an outer side. The step of welding the bristles includes the steps of disposing the bristles in contact with the outer side of the well base and exposing the inner side of the well base to welding.
PROCESS FOR PRODUCING A TOOTHBRUSH HAVING A BRISTLE AREA DESIGN
The present invention concerns a process for producing toothbrushes covered with bristles in an anchor-free manner, in which a tuft of bristles with cylindrical bristles and/or pointed bristles is introduced into a receiving recess of a mold of a bristle-providing machine and, by means of a profiled pin guided in the receiving recess, force is applied to the end facing the pin of the bristles of the tuft of bristles for the alignment thereof, so that the bristles of the tuft of bristles are aligned by means of an end face of the profiled pin and, as a result, form the topography that complements the topography of the end face of the profiled pin, wherein the profiled pin has on the end face that acts on the bristles a discontinuous surface, which forms multiple levels. This achieves a bristle area configuration that has multiple areas of use. A correspondingly produced toothbrush is also described.

Brush head assembly and methods of manufacture
A brush head (32) including a neck (40) having a brush neck (42); a plurality of bristle tufts (21), each of which includes a plurality of bristle strands with a free end (25) and a proximal end (23), the proximal end having a proximal end head portion (26); a plurality of retention rings (50), each configured to receive the proximal end of at least one of the plurality of bristle tufts; an elastomeric matrix (30) bonded to at least a portion of the brush neck, the plurality of retention rings, and the proximal end of the plurality of bristle tufts, wherein the proximal end head portion of each of the plurality of bristle tufts is configured to comprise a space (27) between the proximal end head portion and the respective retention ring.
FUSION INTERLOCKING BRISTLE STRIP AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a brush with fusion interlocking bristle strip and a method of manufacturing the same. The brush includes carrier strips and knotted bristle strips bonded together by ultrasonic welding and interlocking.
Toothbrush comprising asymmetrically oriented tufts of bristles
A toothbrush includes a handle and a bristle-carrying head part, which are connected to each other by a neck part, the head part having a multiplicity of tufts of bristles consisting of bristles. An anchor is oriented at right angles to the longitudinal axis. Two or more tufts of bristles have a bristle tuft half with bristle ends standing up higher in relation to the bristle ends of the other bristle tuft half.
Brush and its manufacturing method
The present invention provides a brush and a manufacturing method thereof. A brush of the present invention includes: brush hairs; a brush hair part that has a brush coupler to which the brush hairs are attached; a brush body that support an end of the brush coupler; a coupling member that has a first part coupled to the brush body and a second part coupled to the edge of the brush coupler and has a metallic tube; and a fixing member that prevents shaking of the brush coupler between the brush body and the brush coupler, in which the coupling member and the brush body are combined by pressing the portion of the coupling member where the coupling member and the brush body are in contact with each other.
Method for manufacturing a dental brushing part, and dental brushing part
A method for manufacturing a brushing part, the brushing part being configured in a U-shape in order to be placed on the dentition of a jaw of a user, the brushing part forming a channel inside which is designed to receive all or a portion of said dentition, the brushing part comprising at least one tuft of brushing bristles projecting into the interior of said channel by a free end of the bristles of the at least one tuft, the method comprising the following steps: forming the at least one tuft of bristles by assembling a plurality of bristles by an end opposite the free end, so as to form a base of the at least one tuft; fusing the ends forming the base of the at least one tuft so as to form a fused area in one piece, such that an extension of the fused area in a direction that is transverse to an extension direction of the at least one tuft is greater at one extension of the base in the transverse direction prior to the fusing step; placing the at least one tuft on a mold for overmolding the channel of the brushing part; overmolding the channel and the at least one tuft.
