The present invention relates to TCP peptides for use in methods of treatment of S protein viruses. Notably, said TCP peptides are useful for treatment of inflammation associated with infection by S protein virus. The invention also provides methods for predicting the severity of infection by S protein virus.

Disclosed are a fibrinogen solution and a thrombin solution. The fibrinogen solution comprises fibrinogen at a concentration of at least 40 mg/ml, factor XIII, pharmaceutically acceptable additives and water. The dynamic viscosity of the fibrinogen solution measured at 20° C. increases at most by 35% after storing the solution at 20° C. for 30 days. Further disclosed is an anti-adhesion kit comprised of: (i) a fibrinogen solution component containing fibrinogen at a concentration of 8% to 25% of total protein by weight, and optionally free calcium ions at a concentration ranging from 0.1 μM to 1 mM; wherein a total protein concentration ranges from about 80 to 120 mg/ml; and (ii) a thrombin component containing thrombin.
