20170258990 · 2017-09-14 ·

A protective cover type safety device for syringes includes a first buckle seat, a second buckle seat which can be engaged with the first buckle seat, and a protective cover which is pivotably connected with the first buckle seat. The first buckle seat and the second buckle seats are clamped and positioned to a needle seat of a syringe, and the protective cover is able to swing between a first position and a second position, and limited at a third position. The protective cover at the third position covers a needle body of the syringe to prevent the needle body from being exposed or piercing or hurting people.

NEEDLE COVER AND SAFETY NEEDLE ASSEMBLY INCLUDING SAME

A needle cover including: a mounting portion for mounting a needle; and a lid portion hingedly connected to the mounting portion, the lid portion movable to: an open position; a first cover position, wherein the lid portion is releasably docked with the mounting portion; and a second cover position, wherein the lid portion is irreversibly docked with the mounting portion, wherein the mounting portion and the lid portion include corresponding docking elements that engage to provide the first and second cover positions.

SYRINGE WITH SAFE DISPOSAL STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION IMPROVEMENT STRUCTURE
20220233787 · 2022-07-28 ·

A syringe with a safe disposal structure and a function improvement structure is proposed. In the syringe, a locking protrusion protrudes on a needle safety protector main body, and a cover has a locking protrusion insertion groove, so that the cover is tightly locked alongside a barrel of a syringe assembly as the cover is pushed rearward while the locking protrusion and the locking protrusion insertion groove are engaged together. Accordingly, the injection is performed in a stable state without the obstruction of the shaking cover, and after the injection is completed, the syringe assembly is held by one hand and the cover of the needle safety protector is pressed against a surface such as a wall surface or a floor surface, so that the cover is bent around “V”-shaped bending grooves of the cover and the injection needle held in the cover is also bent, thereby preventing the reuse of the syringe.

AUTO INJECTOR WITH EFFECTIVE INSERTION SYSTEM

An auto injector for delivery of administering a medicament comprising: a housing; an electrical motor adapted to move a piston between proximal and distal positions in a longitudinal direction of the auto injector; a syringe holder extending from a proximal to a distal end and configured to receive a syringe, a first spring adapted for moving the syringe holder with the syringe proximally for insertion of the needle; wherein the electrical motor is the only motor in the auto injector.

DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING TIGHTENING ANGLE OF NEEDLE SAFETY PROTECTOR
20220226584 · 2022-07-21 ·

A device for adjusting the tightening angle of a needle safety protector is proposed. The device is configured to provide an injection needle in an integrated state with a needle hub for preventing reuse of the injection needle and to fasten the needle hub to a needle safety protector that is disposed of in a folded state after use, a fastening structure is improved such that rotation is possible by a predetermined angle when the needle safety protector is rotated. Accordingly, an injection is safely performed by correcting the injection needle to the reference direction. In addition, even when a syringe is assembled by deviating from a reference angle during the mass production with the automatic line, the wrong angle is corrected in use.

LUER-LOCK FASTENING NEEDLE HUB
20220226585 · 2022-07-21 ·

A Luer-lock fastening needle hub is proposed. The Luer-lock fastening needle hub has an insertion groove for a front end of a tapered tube of a barrel to receive the tapered tube into which a plunger is inserted, so that a plunger contact surface is inserted into the tapered tube of a front discharge end of the barrel. The Luer-lock fastening needle hub has a needle cap fastening grooves formed along an outer circumference thereof and “V”-shaped insertion guides are formed in four direction at front portions of openings of the needle cap fastening grooves, so that fastening protrusions formed on an inner surface of a needle cap are unaffectedly guided by the “V”-shaped insertion guides and are easily aligned and fastened to the needle cap fastening grooves.

A syringe is provided, including a syringe barrel, a needle set and a push rod. A front end part is provided in the syringe barrel. An end of the needle set has an open area, the open area is transversely provided with a first snap part. The push rod is slidably disposed within the syringe barrel, and an end of the push rod facing the front end part has a second snap part. When the push rod is slidingly moved to the front end part, the second snap part is engaged with the first snap part.

A low deadspace syringe having a pivoting protective needle guard on a fixed needle assembly that is permanently attached to the syringe.

Safety needle assembly

The present invention is directed to a safety needle assembly having the high safety and high operability, comprising: a hub; a cannula; a collar; a protector; and a sheath. The sheath includes an opening of housing the cannula; a cannula fixing part of locking the cannula housed in the opening; an attachment part of rotatably supporting the sheath attached to the hub or the collar; and a protrusive stopper which a user pushes by a finger to pivot the sheath thereby to house the cannula in the opening of the sheath. Herein, the stopper is arranged at a vicinity of a central portion of the sheath in a longitudinal direction at the opposite side of the aperture of the opening, or arranged at a portion closer to a distal end side than the central portion of the sheath.

PROTECTIVE DEVICE FOR THE NEEDLE TUBE OF A SYRINGE
20220193348 · 2022-06-23 ·

A protective device for the needle tube of a syringe, including a housing which can be pivoted on a support base which has an open housing side in the pivot plane, so that the needle tube can be pivoted into the housing after being used for injection and wherein on the housing side, a retaining device is provided for the needle tube which has been pivoted inwards. The invention proposes that in addition to the connection of a film hinge in order to form a pivot axis, the support base and the pivotable housing are additionally connected together via a predetermined breaking point and wherein after being used for injection, the housing can be pivoted back over the destroyed predetermined breaking point.
