Anatomically shaped augments
Augments for implantation of an orthopedic implant device in a bone. A distal end of an outer portion of the augment can have a shape that is configured to generally conform to the shape of a metaphyseal-diaphyseal junction of an intramedullary canal of the bone. Further, a proximal end of the outer portion of the augment has a shape that is configured to generally conform to a shape of the metaphyseal region of the intramedullary canal. Additionally, the shape of the outer portion at the distal end can be separated from the shape of the outer portion at the proximal end by a distance that is approximately equal to the distance between the metaphyseal-diaphyseal junction and the metaphyseal region of the intramedullary canal.
Osseointegrable device
An implant arranged for integration into a skeletal bone of a patient, comprising: a body having at least one end, the body being arranged to substantially mimic a portion of a skeletal bone; wherein the at least one end includes an enlarged portion arranged to, in use, prevent migration of the implant into the flesh of a patient.
Methodology for Understanding Knee Anatomy and Design of an Anatomic System for Revision Knee Arthroplasty
A prosthetic system is disclosed for providing motion between a first bone and a second bone of a joint. The system can comprise a support structure (e.g., sleeve or a cone) having a first end surface, a second end surface, an exterior surface extending from the first end surface to the second end surface, and an inner surface defining a passageway extending from the first end surface to the second end surface, wherein the exterior surface of the support structure is configured to be received in a cavity of the first bone such that the first end surface is flush with or beneath a surface of the first bone. The first end surface is within an axial plane defined by the first end surface and an outermost edge of the first end surface, and a longitudinal axis of the passageway of the support structure is offset with respect to a geometric center point of the axial plane.
INTRA-OPERATIVELY FITTED ANTIBIOTIC SPACER SYSTEM
Apparatus and methods for implanting an antibiotic spacer into a bone cavity. In certain embodiments, the antibiotic spacer comprises a shaft and a plurality of planar members coupled to the shaft. In particular embodiments, the plurality of planar members are configured such that the outer perimeter of each planar member can be intra-operatively modified.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TOTAL ANKLE ARTHROPLASTY
An ankle arthroplasty implant system and method for installing into a resected ankle is provided including a multi-component tibia stem, a tray implant that includes side pockets extending into the tray implant. The tray implant further includes a proximal surface configured to engage the multi-component stem, and a distal side, including a recess. A talar dome implant is also provided that includes a convex proximal articular surface, an anterior side, a posterior. The ankle arthroplasty implant system further includes a polymer insert configured to be inserted in the tray implant recess.
