Tritanium Al Implants And Instrumentation
In some embodiments, the present disclosure relates to a system that includes an insertion tool and a drill guide. The insertion tool includes a body with a distal portion and a distal end. The body has a first engagement feature extending longitudinally along the distal portion and two arms extending longitudinally from the distal end of the body. The drill guide includes two bores and an open faced channel therebetween. The open faced channel includes a second engagement feature slidably engageable with the first engagement feature on the body of the insertion tool. The two bores are adapted for the disposal of a fastener driver tool therethrough.

Bladed Spinal Fusion Implants
A fusion implant which already has a cephalad anchor blade and a caudal anchor blade which are both held in a non-deployed position for delivery between a cephalad vertebra and a caudal vertebra. Positioning the fusion implant between the cephalad vertebra and the caudal vertebra while the cephalad anchor blade and the caudal anchor blade are both held in the non-deployed position. Advancing the anchor blades to engage the vertebrae. Using a cephalad locking cam to lock the cephalad anchor blade in the deployed position and using a caudal locking cam to lock the caudal anchor blade in the deployed position.
ANTERIOR LOCKING CLIP
A prosthetic assembly is provided. The prosthetic assembly comprises: a tibial tray having a medial retaining bracket, a lateral retaining bracket and a substantially centrally disposed boss, a medial bearing, a lateral bearing and a retention clip having a pair or arms which engage opposite sides of the boss and trap the medial lateral bearings, against the medial and lateral retaining brackets, respectively. A method of securing bearing components to a prosthetic assembly is also provided.
TALONAVICULAR JOINT PROSTHESIS AND METHOD OF IMPLANTING THE PROSTHESIS
A talonavicular joint prosthesis includes a navicular component configured to be implanted in a navicular bone and including a base and a surface having an articulation recess formed therein; and a talar component configured to be implanted in a talus bone and including a bearing section configured to rest within the articulation recess. The talar component and the navicular component are shaped such that, when brought together, there is more conformity between the navicular component and the talar component in a dorsal-plantar plane than in a medial-lateral plane.
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR PERCUTANEOUS MECHANICAL AND/OR NEURAL INTERFACE
A system for attachment of a device to a bone is provided. The system includes an internal axial rod with a proximal and distal end that is configured to be inserted and secured into a bone cavity's distal end. The system can also include an internal-external transfer rod with a proximal and distal end mounted into the distal end of the axial rod and a central channel extending through the transfer rod from the proximal end to the distal end and a plurality of attachment rings for attaching at least one tissue or muscle group to the transfer rod. The system also includes a bio-compatible and bio-occlusive artificial membranes (BIOCAMS) lamina, wherein the lamina includes either a polyetheretherketone (PEEK) mesh, a biocompatible polymer, a carbon fiber polymer, an artificial tissue polymer, molded donor tissue, allogenic tissue, a collagen/hyaluronic acid-based tissue, or connective tissue biosynthetic substrate material suitable as webbing.
Interbody Implants And Instrumentation
In some embodiments, the present disclosure relates to a system that includes an insertion tool and a drill guide. The insertion tool includes a body with a distal portion and a distal end. The body has a first engagement feature extending longitudinally along the distal portion and two arms extending longitudinally from the distal end of the body. The drill guide includes two bores and an open faced channel therebetween. The open faced channel includes a second engagement feature slidably engageable with the first engagement feature on the body of the insertion tool. The two bores are adapted for the disposal of a fastener driver tool therethrough.
Expandable vertebral prosthesis
The present invention relates to an expandable prosthetic implant device for engagement between vertebrae generally comprising an inner member, outer member, and gear member positioned coaxial with respect to each other such that the inner and outer members are moveable relative to each other along an axis. The gear member is axially fixed to the outer member and freely rotatable with respect to the outer member and the gear member threadedly engages a threaded portion of the inner member to translate inner member along the axis. The implant is configured to engage the vertebrae in a predetermined alignment and the gear member includes gear teeth exposed to the exterior and configured to be accessible by a tool member at a plurality of angular positions around the perimeter of the implant device.
INTERBODY SPACER AND BONE PLATE ASSEMBLY
Implant assemblies, systems, and methods for stabilizing a joint between a superior vertebra and an inferior vertebra may include a plate member coupled to an interbody spacer with at least one fastener that extends superiorly or inferiorly from the implant assembly to anchor within a vertebral body and stabilize the joint. Inserters and methods of insertion may also be included to facilitate fixation of various implant assemblies within the intervertebral space of the joint between the superior vertebra and the inferior vertebra.
