Mount for Attaching Electronic Devices to a Guitar Stand
A mount that is used to attach electronic devices to a guitar stand is made of a back panel, a clamping mechanism, a support scissor mechanism, and a stand-grasping fastener. The clamping mechanism is a user-actuated clamp that uses a fixed jaw and a movable jaw to hold electronic devices against the back panel. The back panel, which is a rigid plate, is connected to the fixed jaw to further support the clamped electronic device. Additionally, the fixed jaw of the clamping mechanism is mounted onto one end of the rigid support beam. The support scissoring mechanism is an adjustable support assembly that can be locked in a desired orientation. The mount for electronic devices is capable of being attached to various other pieces of musical equipment or stage equipment because a stand-grasping fastener is affixed to a second end of the support scissor mechanism, opposite to the fixed jaw.
Upright column stand
A column stand for holding items comprising one or more clamps attached to the column stand, each clamp having slots in the top of the clamp, one or more trays, each tray fixedly attached to a bar, each bar fitting into a slot, a clasp attached to the top of each clamp, each clasp holding each bar to the clamp.
QUICK RELEASE CONNECTOR
A quick release connector is provided that uses a plurality of the ball bearings to engage shaft of a releasable member. The use of multiple ball bearings along different faces of a shaft of a releasable member minimizes vibrations and provides an improved quick release connector adapted for use with microphones, boom arms, ball joints and similar structures used with sound recording or photography equipment.
FIXING MEMBER AND EXTENDABLE MEMBER PROVIDED WITH THE FIXING MEMBER
A fixing member includes a supporting member that supports a first bar member in the longwise direction thereof; a pivoting member that has an opening portion that the first bar member penetrates and that is attached to the supporting member to freely pivot about a rotation axis that is perpendicular to the longwise direction of the first bar member; and a fastening member that causes the pivoting member to pivot centered on the rotation axis, in which the pivoting member does not make contact with the first bar member when in a first position; the pivoting member makes contact with the first bar member when in a second position; and the fastening member fixes the pivoting member to either the first position or the second position.
COMPACT STAND
Compact Stand A stand (100) for holding media, such as sheet music, is configured to move from a closed configuration to an open configuration. The stand comprises a central body portion (111), a first cover portion (112) and a first leg (120). The first cover portion (112) is moveably attached to the central body portion (111) and is moveable between a first position and a second position. In the first position the first cover portion (112) overlays the central body portion (111) and in the second position the first cover portion (112) forms a substantially continuous rack with the central body portion (111) for holding media. The first leg (120) is attached to the central body portion (111) and the central body portion (111) is shaped to define a cavity and is configured to receive the first leg, such that in the closed configuration the first leg (120) is substantially enclosed within the cavity. A telescopic leg (120) for the stand is also described.
Student, teacher, administrative and research coordinating helper
A digital podium apparatus includes: a frame; an extended handle disposed on the digital podium frame with which change of direction of movement is actuated, wherein a user can change direction by rotating the handle; a plurality of computer tablets disposed on the digital podium frame in a multi-tablet podium top; a five-wheel base configured to move the digital podium; a framework having four pedals, wherein the two front pedals are configured to move the podium forward and the two back pedals are configured to move the podium backward; and a divider to prevent the pressure of the standing person, so that to move forward a user uses toes simultaneously by standing on the divider; and wherein the digital podium is configured to project and relay teaching material through a multi-tablet podium into classroom projectors or mini laser projector, and into a dual tablet notebook of each child in classroom.
Stand Base
A stand base includes a low-profile body with a top side, bottom side and faces connecting the bottom side to the top side; at least one fastener positioned at the top side and configured to couple a shaft to the body in a raised orientation; and a solid flat primary plate extending out from one of the faces. The top side, bottom side and faces each have a planar surface. The primary plate has an upper surface and lower surface that are planar, the lower surface of the primary plate and the bottom surface of the body providing an even ground-engaging surface. A height of the primary plate is less than a height of the body. A solid flat secondary plate is also disposed on a side of the body opposite from the primary plate, a height of the secondary plate being less than the height of the body.
Microphone stand having articulating shaft
A stand includes a base, a first tube coupled to the base and extending therefrom, the first tube defining a first bore having an opening at an end of the tube opposite the base, and a second tube, a portion of which is received in the first bore such that the second tube and the first tube form a telescoping relationship, the second tube comprising a first section and a second section, the first section and second section being connected via a clutch, the clutch being configured to enable articulation of the second section relative to the first section about the clutch. The clutch has an outer cross section that is configured to be received in the first bore when the first section is coaxial with the second section.
Articulating Amplifier Stand
Improvements in a tilting, lifting stand are presented. The tilt, lift stand is for a musical instrument stand or to elevate/tilt a speaker and or amplifier and rigidly supports a sousaphone brass type instruments, speaker or amplifier in an in a stored and in a playable or elevated position. The stand supports all or the majority of the weight of the instrument or speaker or amplifier in a static position to relieve the weight of the musical instrument or speaker or amplifier. The stand has legs that are extendable to rest on multiple levels as might be found in a stadium. The stand further has a securing mechanism that gently grasps a tubular section to hold the musical instrument. The speaker stand can be easily collapsed for transportation and storage.
