DOSING DEVICE
Dosing device (1) for the dosage of blood compounds, medical treatments or other substances, comprising a stepped body (9) in a plunger (3) and a presser mechanism (17) in the tube (2) of a syringe. The projection (19) from the pusher (18) of the presser mechanism (17) transmits a downwards force (F) exerted by the user, onto the step (12) of the stepped body (9) by pushing it down a distance (x) with the plunger (3). In this way, the dosing device (1) can measure an exact dose of the compound manually, quickly and easily without the need for additional measurements.
Multiple Dosage Injector with Rack and Pinion Dosage System
A dispensing mechanism for delivering a dosage of medicament including a housing, a push button, a crank arm that is slideably engageable with the push button, a ram, and a ratchet gear releasably engageable with the crank arm and ram, translation of the push button along an axis causing the crank arm to engage and rotate the ratchet gear which causes the ram to distally advance relative to the housing.
Delivery device
The present invention relates to a delivery device for delivering predetermined amounts of fluid, comprising a body (10), a container (16) filled with fluid to be delivered arranged inside said body, said container comprising an opening for expelling said fluid and a wall (18) movable inside said container (16), a threaded plunger rod (46) arranged movable inside said body (10) in the longitudinal direction and in contact with said movable wall (18), a manually operated push means (14, 60) movable in the longitudinal direction capable of, upon operation, move said plunger rod (46) towards said movable wall (18), thereby expelling fluid, and means for transforming a generally linear movement of said push means (14, 60) to a rotational movement of said plunger rod (46).
Track-indexed syringe
A finger grip arranged to be connected to a syringe barrel having a plunger and a plunger rod for driving said plunger. The finger grip includes a body having a lower side with finger supporting surfaces for supporting fingers of a user during handling and an engagement member being moveable between an inactive position where the engagement member is arranged not to engage with the plunger rod of the syringe barrel and an active position where the engagement member is arranged to engage with a grooved surface on the plunger rod of the syringe such that feedback is given to a user as the plunger is moved relative to the finger grip. An activation member for moving the engagement member from said inactive position to said active position is built-in into the finger grip.
FORMULATIONS, METHODS, AND PRE-FILLED MULTI-DOSE INJECTION DEVICES WITHOUT CLOUD POINT
The present disclosure is directed to pre-filled multi-dose injection devices and related therapeutic formulations and methods that lack a cloud point. The therapeutic formulation may be a transparent solution, and preservatives may remain within the aqueous phase without being phase separated to retain antimicrobial effectiveness.
Apparatus And Methods For Purging Catheter Systems
Apparatus and methods for providing controlled pressure-flow pulses which purge a catheter system with turbulent flow flushing. Accomplishment of such controlled pressure-flow pulses is provided by a variety of inventive devices including a special plunger rod for a conventional syringe, other interactive parts for conventional syringes, an in-line catheter attachable device which automatically generates the controlled pressure-flow pulses and also single pulse, digitally operated devices.
FLUID DISPENSING DEVICE
A fluid dispensing device having a barrel having a lumen for containing a fluid therein and a flexible structure extending from the barrel. A plunger is axially slidable within the lumen to dispense fluid from the barrel, the plunger having a first set of grooves spaced apart a first distance and a second set of grooves spaced apart a second distance. The flexible structure includes a flexible arm extending transversely with respect to the barrel and configured to engage the grooves.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MICRODOSE INJECTION
In one embodiment, a system for injecting includes a syringe body having proximal and distal ends, a syringe interior, and a syringe flange at the proximal end thereof. The system also includes an injectable fluid disposed in the syringe interior. The system further includes a stopper member disposed in the syringe interior. Moreover, the system includes a plunger member coupled to the stopper member. In addition, the system includes a finger flange removably coupled to the syringe flange, the finger flange including a proximally directed screw. The system also includes a rotatable member disposed on the proximally directed screw, the rotatable member defining a rotatable member opening through which the plunger member is disposed and having an elastic latch disposed adjacent the rotatable member opening.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MULTIPLE SITE INJECTION
A system for injecting includes a syringe body having proximal and distal ends, a syringe interior, and a syringe flange at the proximal end thereof. The system also includes an injectable fluid disposed in the syringe interior. The system further includes a finger flange coupled to the syringe flange. Moreover, the system includes a stopper member disposed in the syringe interior. In addition, the system includes a plunger ratchet member coupled to the stopper member. The system also includes a plunger tube disposed coaxially around at least a portion of the plunger ratchet member and operatively coupled thereto.
AUTO INJECTOR WITH HOLLOW PLUNGER ROD
A reloadable auto injector includes a syringe with a needle movably positioned in a housing between a first position with the needle inside the housing and a second position with the needle protruding outside the housing. A plunger rod advances in the syringe for delivering a dose of medicament. A plunger rod tube having deflectable locking members interacts with a plunger rod stop to lock the plunger rod. A syringe driver moves the syringe from the first position to the second position. The syringe driver advances the plunger rod tube with the plunger rod to the second position. A plunger rod driver advances the plunger rod in the syringe for delivering a dose of medicament upon unlocking each of the deflectable locking members. A reload mechanism retracts the syringe from the second position to the first position and reloads for repeated activation of the syringe driver.
