SEPARATION APPARATUS
A separation apparatus includes: a partitioning member inside a separation tank, includes erect and transverse portions, and partitions the tank into inflow and outflow regions of a liquid; an inlet of which a lower level is set to be lower than an upper end of the erect portion and an upper level is set to be higher; a screen in the erect portion along a flow direction of the liquid; a swirling inducing member in the erect portion intersecting with the flow direction of the liquid; a screen in the transverse portion; a dividing member dividing the liquid flowing in from the inlet into flows along side walls of the separation tank; a retaining member at a downstream side in the flow direction and retains the substance having the specific gravity less than that of the liquid; and an outlet through which the liquid flows out from the outflow region.
Aerobic wastewater treatment systems and methods of fabrication
Aerobic wastewater treatment systems may include a treatment tank having a tank interior. An aeration chamber may be provided in the tank interior. A wastewater inlet conduit may be disposed in fluid communication with the aeration chamber. An air inlet conduit may be disposed in fluid communication with the aeration chamber. A diffuser may be provided in the aeration chamber. The diffuser may be disposed in pneumatic communication with the air inlet conduit. A clarifier in the tank interior may include a vertical outside clarifier wall portion. An inside clarifier wall portion may be disposed at an acute angle to the outside clarifier wall portion. A clarifier interior may be formed by and between the outside clarifier wall portion and the inside clarifier wall portion. A clarifier inlet may establish fluid communication between the aeration chamber and the clarifier interior. An effluent outlet conduit may be disposed in fluid communication with the clarifier interior. Aerobic wastewater treatment system fabrication methods are also disclosed.
Method and apparatus for removing ammonia nitrogen from electrolytic manganese residue
A method and equipment for removing ammonia nitrogen from electrolytic manganese residue are provided in the technical field of solid waste resource utilization. The method includes following steps: step 1: adding phosphate and magnesium salt into electrolytic manganese residue leachate and fully reacting, where after the phosphate and the magnesium salt are added, n (Mg):n (N):n (P)=1.1-1.3:1:1 in the electrolytic manganese residue leachate; step 2: on a basis of the step 1, adjusting pH of the electrolytic manganese residue leachate to alkalinity, and stirring and reacting for 10-30 min; and step 3: on a basis of the step 2, filtering the electrolytic manganese residue leachate to obtain purified leachate and struvite respectively.
DIFFUSER AND SOLIDS COLLECTION AND MEASUREMENT SYSTEM FOR USE IN CONJUNCTION WITH OIL AND GAS WELLS
A diffuser and solids collection system includes an enclosure including an input for receiving from a petroleum well a stream of fluid carrying solids. A set of baffles within the enclosure reduces the velocity of the stream of fluid. A solids collector in fluid communication with the enclosure receives the stream of fluid after the reduction in the velocity of the fluid by the set of baffles. A weighing system coupled to the solids collector for weighing the collected solids.
ANIMAL WASTE FILTER
The present invention solves the problem of environmental pollution created by animal waste and converting animal waste to reusable water in the earth. The invention does this by a device that is capable of receiving animal waste and breaking down the waste into different components by the help of a decomposing catalyst such as a septic pack, filtering the resulting solution and finally producing a filtered liquid that enters the earth being cleansed by the process. The present invention comprises a filter device, a tank unit, a filter unit, a first opening positioned on a top surface of the tank unit; a second opening positioned on a bottom surface of the tank unit; wherein the tank unit is capable of receiving animal waste through the first opening; at least one hole at a bottom surface of the filter unit; wherein the tank unit is placed over the filter unit.
Filtration tray for catalytic chemical reactor
A particle separation system for a catalytic chemical reactor.
Grease interceptor and residue separator for catering wastewater
The present disclosure provides a residue and grease trap chamber for catering wastewater. It includes a grease trap main body and a main lid, wherein the main body is divided into a residue trap chamber, a first grease trap chamber, a second grease trap chamber and a third grease trap chamber and a residue bucket is provided within the residue trap chamber. The present disclosure has the following functions and technical features: the residue trap chamber and the residue bucket facilitate the separation of food residue in the sink; the residue discharge pipes and the three grease trap chambers are convenient for discharging residues from the chamber; the grease scrapers are convenient for removing grease intercepted in water surface. The grease interception efficiency of the system is improved compared with traditional grease traps; the structure is simple, and it is easy to mount and operate.
PARTITIONED WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS WITH VERTICAL FILTRATION UNITS
The present invention supplies partitioned water treatment systems that possess a plurality of chambers and vertical filtration units, and are operative to control and filter surface runoff water. Such systems are typically placed inline with surface runoff water conveyance system infrastructure, such as pipes, channels, and water storage units.
