Water treatment system
A water treatment system having a base assembly and a treatment assembly. The treatment assembly of the system may be configured to filter particulates from water. The base assembly may include a UV reactor operable to disinfect water for consumption.
Filtration system for a water drainage system
A downspout drain filter includes a housing and a filter media. The housing defines an internal cavity, an inlet to the internal cavity along a top of the housing, and an outlet from the internal cavity along a bottom of the housing. The filter media is disposed within the internal cavity. The filter media divides the internal cavity into an upper chamber and a lower chamber. The filter media is configured to trap debris in the upper chamber from fluid flowing downward through the internal cavity. The filter media is permeable such that the fluid flows from the upper chamber to the lower chamber.

Filter Element and Filter Assembly
A filter element has a first follower element with a first traction surface and a second follower element with a second traction surface provided for interacting with first and second mating surfaces of the filter housing, respectively. The first and second traction surfaces interact with the first and second mating surfaces to pull out the filter element from the filter housing. The first and second traction surfaces are spaced apart from each other along a longitudinal axis of the filter element and project radially into the interior of the filter element. At least one of the first and second follower elements has a stop surface adjoining circumferentially the respective traction surface. In a position of use, the stop surface interacts with a counter stop surface of the filter housing to form an at least unidirectional rotational degree of freedom blocking about the longitudinal axis relative to the filter housing.

FILTER DEVICE HAVING A FILTER ELEMENT
A filter device is provided with a filter element for filtering a fluid. The filter element has a filter medium body with an end plate arranged at an end face of the filter medium body in relation to a longitudinal axis of the filter medium body. A filter base housing receives the filter element. An assembly component for assembly and disassembly of the filter element in the filter base housing is connectable to the end plate and to the filter base housing by rotation about the longitudinal axis. The assembly component has interlocking elements. An interlocking counter element is arranged at the end plate. The interlocking elements can be brought into axial interlocking connection with the interlocking counter element, while enabling a free rotatability in rotational direction about the longitudinal axis. The interlocking counter element is a circumferential interlocking collar with insertion ramps for insertion of the interlocking elements.
FILTER DEVICE FOR A WATER-BEARING DOMESTIC APPLIANCE, WATER-BEARING DOMESTIC APPLIANCE AND METHOD FOR CLEANING THE FILTER DEVICE
A filter device for a water-bearing domestic appliance has a flow-through filter housing with waste water inlet, filtered water outlet and filtrate outlet, at least one panel filter and a mounting therefor in the filter housing, wherein the panel filter has a mesh width and an angle to the horizontal, and a filtrate chamber in the filter housing for collecting filtrate. The panel filter, the waste water inlet and the filtered water outlet are arranged relative to one another such that a flow direction for water from the waste water inlet to the filtered water outlet passes through the panel filter. The filtrate chamber is accessible via the filtrate outlet for removing the filtrate from the filtrate chamber, in particular by backwashing. The at least one panel filter is variable in shape to change its mesh width, and/or an angle of the at least one panel filter to the horizontal can be altered by movement of the panel filter, in particular rotation.
Removal tool for a filter insert of a liquid filter
A removal tool for a filter insert of a liquid filter. The removal tool includes a body extending along a longitudinal axis. At a distal end, the body includes a first arm and a second arm, the two arms extending essentially in parallel to the longitudinal axis and being spaced apart from one another. The two arms are elastically reversibly deflectable toward one another. A retaining element is situated at the first arm. In an open state of the retaining element, the two arms may be moved toward one another. In a closed state of the retaining element, the retaining element couples the two arms to one another and blocks a movement of the two arms toward one another.

Water circuit assembly for a refrigerator
A water circuit assembly for a refrigerator that delivers water from a source to a first destination and a second destination spaced apart from the first destination. The water circuit assembly includes an inlet valve positioned outside a compartment of the refrigerator and a water filter assembly positioned adjacent a top wall and a first side wall of a liner that defines the compartment. The water circuit further includes a bracket secured to a rear wall of the liner, a water tank supported by the bracket along the rear wall of the liner, and a diverter valve attached to the bracket and fluidly connected to the inlet valve to thereby divert the flow of water from the inlet valve to a selected one of the first destination or the second destination.
