FILTER ASSEMBLY WITH SEDIMENTATION POCKET
A filter assembly, has: a housing defining an internal volume and an outlet fluidly connectable to an oil system; a filter cartridge removably received within the internal volume of the housing; and an inlet conduit defining an inlet fluidly connectable to the oil system, the inlet conduit being in fluid flow communication with the internal volume of the housing, the inlet conduit having: a wall circumscribing a main flow passage from the inlet to the internal volume, and a sedimentation pocket defined by the wall, the sedimentation pocket extending downwardly away from the main flow passage and in a direction having a component parallel to a direction of a gravity when the filter assembly is in use.
Air purifier whose air inlet direction is adjusted according to direction of wind
Disclosed is an air purifier, which is installed outside, and rotates in a blowing direction of wind, and purifies fine dust, yellow dust, heavy metal, and the like existing in the air through a filter. The air purifier includes: a case, which has one side formed with an air inlet, the other side formed with an air outlet, and a lower surface formed with a coupling recess; a filter, which is mounted to the other side of the case; a support part, which is coupled to the coupling recess formed on the lower surface of the case to support the case, and includes a rotating body connected so that the case rotates; and a rudder, which is connected to an upper surface of the case and adjusts a direction so that the case rotates according to a wind direction.
In Line Air Filtration and Purification Apparatus
A method and apparatus for an inline air purification system is described herein. An example apparatus includes a housing, a high-velocity air flow guide, a filter assembly, and a fan. The high-velocity air flow guide includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is configured to form a passage within the housing, and the second portion is configured to divert and accelerate air flow of the ambient air from the passage to a chamber of the housing. The filter assembly includes one or more filtering elements configured to receive the ambient air from the chamber. The fan is configured to draw the ambient air from the chamber through the filter assembly and to generate processed air from the ambient air. The housing is located in an HVAC duct, and occupies only part of the cross-sectional area of the duct. The remaining area of the duct accommodates bypass air flow to a primary fan in the HVAC system.
In line air filtration and purification apparatus
A method and apparatus for an inline air purification system including a housing, a high-velocity air flow guide, a filter assembly, and a fan.
Gas exhaust filter device for a bioreactor
A gas exhaust filter device for a bioreactor with reduced blockage by condensed liquid is disclosed, which comprises a housing with a filter medium, a gas inlet and a gas outlet and also further comprises a plurality of ribs extending from at least one inner wall of the housing in a region between the gas inlet and the filter medium.
Sulfur trap
A sulfur trap provides separation of elemental molten sulfur from a process stream comprising a mixture of sulfur and associated tail-gases. The sulfur trap comprises a vertically-oriented cylindrical wall having a chamber for receiving the process stream, a float positioned in the chamber, the float attached to a float end of a lever, a nozzle insert attached to the distal end of the lever, and a lever fulcrum positioned intermediate the lever float end and the lever nozzle insert end. The float, lever, nozzle insert and outlet are constructed to allow the float position to control nozzle insert engagement of the outlet, particularly to close the outlet when the float is elevated by molten sulfur and to disengage from the outlet to allow discharge flow of liquid sulfur at a determined level of sulfur within the chamber. Embodiments of a method of separating liquid sulfur from gases are also provided.
MULTI FUNCTION DUCTLESS FOLDING UTILITY ENCLOSURE
The disclosure provides a multi-function ductless enclosure apparatus. Its main purpose is to be used as a paint spray booth to capture excess paint, pass it through filters with the use of a fan and then exhaust the ensuing clean air out, back into the room air. This booth is foldable and light weight and can be moved to a different location in minutes. It can also be transformed to serve many other applications with the use of a few accessories thereby saving the end user from having to have several booths (saving counter space) and also saving him from having to spend a lot of money buying many booths for different applications.
HIGH-PRESSURE ANNULAR WATER COLLECTOR WITH AXIAL SWIRL VANES FOR AN AIR CYCLE ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL SYSTEM
An annular water removal system (AWRS) for an air cycle environmental control system (ECS) includes a line replaceable unit (LRU) configured to output air flow, and a water collector coupled to the LRU. The water collector includes an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion includes a coalescing unit having a collector inlet to receive the air flow and configured to coalesce moisture from the air flow output from the LRU. The lower portion includes a collection unit in fluid communication with the coalescing unit. The collection unit is configured to collect the moisture coalesced by the coalescing unit.
Filter media packs, methods of making and filter media presses
The disclosure is directed toward presses which may comprise planar or curved press plates that can be driven toward and away from each other such as via linear reciprocating movement to press filter media sheets as opposed to using rolls. The press plates can create such features as embossments that may have the ridges and grooves, brands, creases or other such features. The press can create pleated packs or individual panels for non-pleated packs. Additionally, a variety of embossed pleat packs, unique shapes, structural components and other pleat packs that may be formed by presses or other methodology are disclosed as well as filter cartridges using such pleat packs.
Filter assembly with a diffuser
A filter assembly includes a filter head, a port, a fitting, and a diffuser. The port extends from a portion of the filter head and defines a channel for fluid to flow into or out of the filter head. The fitting first end is attachable to the port and the fitting second end is attachable to a filtration system component. The diffuser is positionable within the channel of the port and comprises an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface defines an inner conical hollow region that extends at a nonzero angle between the inner conical hollow region first end and the inner conical hollow region second end such that a first inner diameter of the diffuser at the inner conical hollow region first end is smaller than a second inner diameter of the diffuser at the inner conical hollow region second end.
