The present invention relates to a computer-implemented method for monitoring at least one exhaust gas purification system for purifying an exhaust gas stream to be purified of an industrial system or an industrial process. The method comprises retrieving system data of the exhaust gas purification system from a data cloud. The system data stored in the data cloud were at least partially received beforehand by the data cloud from the exhaust gas purification system. The system data relate to at least measurement data of at least one sensor of the exhaust gas purification system and/or data about at least one adjustable parameter of the exhaust gas purification system. The method further comprises determining at least one quantity characterizing the exhaust gas purification system based on the retrieved system data.

A facility and method for membrane permeation treatment of a feed gas flow containing at least methane and carbon dioxide that includes a compressor, a gas analyser, at least one valve, and first, second, third, and fourth membrane separation units for separation of CO.sub.2 from CH.sub.4 to permeates enriched in CO.sub.2 and retentates enriched in CH.sub.4, respectively. A pressure of the feed gas flow is adjusted according to a CH.sub.4 concentration of the second retentate.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANAGING A WASTE GAS TREATMENT DEVICE
The present disclosure relates to the field of odor treatment. In particular, the disclosure relates to a method for managing a waste gas treatment device. The method includes the following steps: a step of taking into account gaseous pollutant concentration predictions at at least one point in a predefined geographical area; a step of comparing each predicted gaseous pollutant concentration at the at least one point of the predefined geographical area with a gaseous pollutant concentration reference value; a step of transmitting, to a control unit of a bypass air line of a waste gas treatment unit, a command to at least partially open the bypass air line when the result of the comparison indicates that at least one predicted gaseous pollutant concentration value is less than a gaseous pollutant concentration reference value.

ABSORPTION SYSTEM AND PROCESS WITH A FILTER UNIT FOR THE ABSORPTION OF GAS FROM A MEDICAL APPARATUS
An absorption system (100) and a process for absorption of gas from a medical apparatus (1) are provided. The absorption system includes a feed line (6), a discharge line (8), a filter unit (4) with a filter and at least one buffer storage device. The feed line establishes a fluid connection between the medical apparatus and the filter unit. The discharge line establishes a fluid connection between the filter unit and a fluid absorption unit (7). The gas is discharged from the medical apparatus and is passed through the feed line to the filter unit and from there through the discharge line to the fluid absorption unit. The filter filters at least one gas component out of the gas that is passed through the filter unit. The one or more buffer storage device absorbs and again discharges gas from time to time.
ELECTROSWING ADSORPTION CELL WITH PATTERNED ELECTRODES FOR SEPARATION OF GAS COMPONENTS
The present disclosure relates to systems and electroswing adsorption cells with patterned electrodes. The patterned electrode includes a plurality of electrolyte regions, a plurality of gas regions and a conductive scaffold. The conductive scaffold extends into the plurality of electrolyte regions and includes an electroactive species. Methods for the manufacture of the electrode, the electroswing adsorption cell and gas separation systems including the electroswing adsorption cell are also described.
VACUUM ASSISTED AIR SEPARATION MODULE OPERATION
A method of fuel tank inerting includes separating process air into nitrogen-enriched air and oxygen-enriched air with an air separation membrane. A vacuum is applied to the air separation membrane to produce a pressure differential across the air separation membrane. The vacuum is manipulated to vary the pressure differential and vary purity of the nitrogen-enriched air.

An exhaust gas processing system including a process chamber in which an exhaust gas is produced; an exhaust gas measurer receiving the exhaust gas and measuring a concentration of the exhaust gas; a solid producing gas processor receiving the exhaust gas and removing a solid producing gas contained in the exhaust gas; a gas supply supplying dilution and cooling gases to the solid producing gas processor; a processed gas measurer receiving, as a processed gas, the exhaust gas free of the solid producing gas and measuring a temperature of the processed gas and ingredients of the processed gas; and a controller receiving results of measurement of the concentration of the exhaust gas from the exhaust gas measurer and results of measurement of the temperature of the processed gas and the ingredients of the processed gas from the exhaust gas measurer and controlling the gas supply based on the measurement results.
Particulate-matter-size-based fan control system
A control system for a mitigation device includes a processor and a computer-readable medium that includes instructions executable by the processor. The instructions include monitoring a first measured particulate matter (PM) level of a conditioned space. The first measured PM level includes PM having a first range of sizes. The instructions further include monitoring a second measured PM level of the conditioned space. The second measured PM level includes PM having a second range of sizes. The first and second ranges are different but overlapping. The instructions also include asserting, in response to the first measured PM level being greater than a first predetermined threshold, an activation signal. The activation signal forces operation of a fan of the mitigation device. The instructions include asserting, in response to the second measured PM level being greater than a predetermined percentage of the first measured PM level, the activation signal.
