The plurality of tubular legs include a plurality of end legs (130), to be secured to the first frame component 110 in a recess (116) disposed between adjacent edge elements (111-114) of the first frame component (110) and a plurality of intermediate legs (140) configured to be secured to the first frame component (110) and the second frame component (120) in a recess defined by an edge element (111-114) of the first frame component (110) and an edge element (121-123) of the second component (120). The kit of parts permits a wide range of kitchen units, such as free-standing towers and islands, to be assembled from a relatively small set of basic components.
Connecting device for modular metal shelving props
A device for connecting modular metal shelving units, comprising at least two props (1) and at least one connecting element (2), for mutual coupling of the two props (1). Each prop (1) comprises central couplings (14), first distal couplings (16) and second distal couplings (17), and each of the couplings (14,16,17) comprises a central coupling (11) and a first adjustment slot (12). The connecting element (2) comprises a first grouping (21) of pins (20), which can be inserted into the first distal couplings (16) of a prop (1), and a second grouping (22) of pins (20), which can be inserted into the second distal couplings (17) of another prop (1). The first adjustment slot (12) of the first distal couplings (16) is diametrically opposed to the first adjustment slots (12) of the central couplings (14) and the second distal couplings (17).
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR FLANGE CLIP FOR SUPPORT CHANNEL
Methods and apparatus for a flanged clip for a support channel according to various aspects of the present technology comprise a flanged end clip bonded to an end of a support channel. The flanged clip may have one or more surfaces configured to provide a stronger bonding between the flanged clip and the support channel.
Storage system, cover strip, and method for producing a cover strip
The present disclosure relates to a flexible cover strip for a storage system including a carrier rail (1) having a U-shaped cross section with first and second parallel rows (3, 5) of elongated substantially identical slots (7) in a front portion to accommodate a suspension element such as e.g. a bracket. The cover strip has an abutment face (17) and an exterior face (31), and a plurality of projections (19), rising from the abutment surface of the strip in first and second parallel rows matching the slots of the carrier rail, such that the cover strip can be fitted on the front portion with the projections entering the slots, and wherein at least some of the projections are provided with a snap element (27) at their distal ends, which snap elements prevent the cover strip from falling off the rail.
EFFICIENT SERVICE RACK SYSTEM
A service rack system includes a service rack and one or more totes. Each of the one or more totes have a full indicator and a refill indicator. The service rack includes front, back, right, and left sides. The service rack also includes a panel on each of the right and left sides, at least one supply rack angled towards the front side, and at least one return rack angled towards the back side. The at least one supply rack is constructed to support one or more columns of totes such that each column includes at least two totes. Each column of totes has a full state and a refill state. The full state includes at least two totes positioned such that the full indicator of one tote faces the front side. The refill state includes a tote positioned such that its refill indicator is directly adjacent the front side.
Structural member connection system
A universal structural support member that includes multiple holes formed therethrough is provided to attach to multiple sized horizontal beams of a storage rack, built strong enough to support multiple pallets of goods. Pre-formed holes through the structural member and/or horizontal beam can be formed in the shape of a polygon, e.g., a square hole. A bolt to attach the structural support to the horizontal beam can be formed with a key structure to interlock with the hole and prevent rotation of the nut and/or structural member. The member can be configured with multiple holes in multiple arrangements to allow the structural support member to be used with differently sized storage racks.
Shelving assembly having an adjustable bridge shelf
A closet organizer assembly has a first tower unit and a second tower unit, each tower unit having a plurality of shelves separated by vertical posts, each tower unit also having a plurality of top vertical posts, and a cantilevered shelf removably connected to the plurality of top vertical posts, with each cantilevered shelf having a border wall that includes a plurality of border wall openings. The assembly also includes a bridge shelf having a left end that is removably connected to the cantilevered shelf of the first tower unit, and a right end that is removably connected to the cantilevered shelf of the second tower unit.
SYSTEM OF RACKS FOR SPACE SAVING STORAGE
A system of racks comprising of at least two racks that can be nested together when they are not in use thereby minimizing the space required for their collective storage. Each rack is comprised of a frame having two or more frame elements linked together by at least one Z-shaped bracket. Each frame element is comprised of two vertical support members linked by a plurality of tray holders at spaced apart distances along the interior side(s) of the vertical support members. The plurality of tray holders on each of the frame elements linked by a Z-shaped bracket are substantially aligned in the vertical direction thereby forming a set of pairs of tray holders. Each pair of tray holders is configured to receive and support the placement of trays. The trays comprise of a flat base portion with upstanding side edges which may be welded to a wire element to reduce crevices where debris and contaminants may otherwise be trapped and to assist with cleaning of the trays. When the racks are not in use, the trays are removed allowing the racks to nest together along their Z-shaped bracket.
Shelving unit with capacity increasing shelving
A shelving unit includes a plurality of posts, a plurality of shelf-supporting beams attached to the plurality of posts to form a shelf support frame, and a shelf. The shelf has a plurality of sides seated on the shelf support frame. The plurality of the sides of the shelf includes a depending flange. At least one of the depending flanges extends downwardly along a respective shelf-supporting beam between about 30% and about 100% of the height of the shelf-supporting beam. Another shelf unit is further disclosed where the shelves include a color that corresponds to a color-coded system for organizing the storage of items on the shelving unit. A method of organizing a shelving unit utilizing the color-coded shelf system is also disclosed.
