AIR CLEANING APPARATUS WITH A MOIST FILTER
An air cleaning apparatus with a moist filter is disclosed. More particularly, the present invention relates to an air cleaning apparatus with a moist filter, being operated such that: water stored in a bottom reservoir tank flows upward in a centrifugal manner; water molecules are finely cleaved in a microfine state and injected through multiple injection holes in the same centrifugal manner to become moist; under such conditions, water flowing into a rotational column, to which a centrifugal force is applied, is filtered while circulating a cycle wherein external air inflowing through air input holes formed below a moist layer is adhered to water molecules in the moist layer and drops down, thereby enabling ultrafine dust as well as fine dust to be filtered with high efficiency and excellent economic advantage.

Apparatus and method for reducing air pollution from exhaust
An apparatus for reducing air pollution includes a piping system, at least one compressor fan, a cooling system, and a tank having at least one first filter and at least one second filter separated by at least one intermediary member. The piping system is coupled to a cooling system adapted to saturate the exhaust with water. The exhaust and contaminated water flow downward into the tank containing at least one first filter and at least one second filter separated by at least one intermediary member where the exhaust and the contaminated water are filtered. The cleaned water is recirculated through the cooling system, and the exhaust is filtered a second time through the at least one second filter, the at least one intermediary member, and the at least one first filter prior to release into the atmosphere. A method for reducing air pollution from exhaust is also provided.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLD-RESISTANT PAPER WITH WET SCRUBBER ASSEMBLY
Embodiments of a system and a method for preparing mold-resistant paper comprising a wet scrubber assembly in fluid communication with at least one collection plenum disposed at an operational area of a paper manufacturing line. The wet scrubber assembly can be operated to draw a stream of exhaust air from the operational area of the paper manufacturing line through the wet scrubber assembly to remove particulate from the exhaust stream. Such systems and methods can be used to produce mold-resistant paper by coating a paper with an antimicrobial composition including at least one antimicrobial additive at the calendering stage. The collection plenum can be placed in proximate relationship with the calendering stack such that the amount of antimicrobial additive particulate in the air at the calendering stage is reduced. The mold-resistant paper can be used in a gypsum panel.
DUST COLLECTION APPARATUS AND DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM
According to one embodiment, a dust collection apparatus includes a liquid supplier, a first member, and a liquid recoverer. One end of the first member is connected to the liquid supplier, one other end of the first member is connected to the liquid recoverer. The first member is conductive. The first member has a first surface including a plurality of trenches.
AIR CLEANING FOUNTAIN
A fountain is provided. The fountain includes: a drape; a catch basin located below the drape and oriented to catch a fluid flowing at least one of over and through the drape; a conduit fluidly connected to the catch basin forming a circuit to return the fluid in the catch basin to flow at least one of over and through the drape; a pump fluidly connected to the circuit and configured to pump the fluid through the conduit; and at least one of the drape, catch basin, conduit includes surface oriented to contact the fluid and the surface includes at least one of copper and silver.
Oil-gas treatment system, oil-gas treatment method and mechanical apparatus
An oil-gas treatment system, an oil-gas treatment method and a mechanical apparatus are disclosed. The oil-gas treatment system includes an oil-gas separation device and a first oil-gas delivery device. The oil-gas separation device is configured to perform an oil-gas separation treatment on oil-gas generated by an oil-gas generation device, the oil-gas separation device includes a lubrication oil box for containing lubrication oil; the first oil-gas delivery device is communicated with the lubrication oil box and is configured to convey at least a part of the oil-gas into the lubrication oil box; the lubrication oil box is configured to separate the oil-gas conveyed into the lubrication oil box, and a separated oil product is left in the lubrication oil box.
METHOD FOR REMOVING DUST FROM FLUE GAS USING EMULSION LIQUID MEMBRANE
A method for removing dust from flue gas using an emulsion liquid membrane, including: a) dissolving a surfactant into a membrane solvent to yield a membrane-forming liquid; stirring and injecting an internal phase liquid into the membrane-forming liquid to yield an emulsion; b) stirring and adding the emulsion to an external phase liquid to disperse the emulsion into the external phase liquid to yield an emulsion liquid membrane; c) allowing the emulsion liquid membrane to contact with a flue gas for removing dust; d) separating a dust-loaded emulsion, and demulsifying the dust-loaded emulsion under an electrostatic field to release the dust from the membrane-forming liquid; recycling the membrane-forming liquid to a); and e) allowing the dust released from the demulsification to precipitate in the form of a slurry and discharging the slurry.
Liquid Solid Separator
A liquid solids separator includes a liquid receiving tank, a cascade tank, and a settling tank fluidically connected in series. Wastewater is recycled through the tanks beginning with the liquid receiving tank and contacted with hot gas in the cascade tank to concentrate the wastewater and remove solids that settle in the settling tank.
Dust collection device and method for filtering powder
A dust collection device and method for filtering powder from powder-filled air in a food product processing system. The dust collection device includes a venturi mixer having an inlet for receiving powder-filled air, a liquid inlet for receiving liquid, and a nozzle. The nozzle is arranged to eject the liquid into a mixing zone of the venturi mixer. The powder-filled air and the liquid meet in the mixing zone to form a liquid mixture. The dust collection device includes a chamber that receives the liquid mixture from the mixing zone, a recirculation line that feeds the liquid mixture back to the liquid inlet of the venturi mixer, and an air outlet that discharges air from the chamber.
