09788651 · 2017-10-17 ·

A kitchen workspace and a method of organizing a kitchen workspace is set forth. The kitchen workspace is consolidated into a small footprint area with automated vertical storage shelves for storing and housing kitchen items and kitchen appliances. The automated storage shelves may be provided with electrical power for powering kitchen appliances found on the shelves. Kitchen appliances may be rotated around the automated storage shelves while the appliances are being used. A user of the kitchen workspace is able to stand in a fixed position and access all kitchen items and appliances without moving from the fixed standing position.

Reticle rack system

The present disclosure relates to semiconductor manufacturing, in particular to reticle rack systems. The teachings of the present disclosure may be embodied in a reticle rack unit including a frame with four uprights and multiple crossbars and four turnstiles. The frame may have a longest dimension defining a front side and a back side. The four turnstiles may be mounted to the frame to pivot around a respective rotational axis parallel to the four uprights. Each turnstile may define a plurality of reticle nests sized to hold reticles.

Powered carousel shelf system for cabinets

A revolving shelf system including a drive track extending along at least one inner surface of a side wall of a cabinet. A shelf member has at least one end connected to the drive track, and a drive member is received within and along the drive track. The drive member is in engagement with the shelf member and is configured to drive the shelf member along the drive track. A stabilizing connection is formed between the shelf member and at least one inner surface of the cabinet. The stabilizing connection is configured to maintain the shelf member in a fixed orientation relative to the inner surface of the cabinet throughout movement of the shelf member along the drive track.

SHOE CAROUSEL DEVICE

A shoe carousel device that includes in one embodiment a base for stabilization and support, a support stem attached to the base and extending upwards therefrom at an approximate 90 degree angle, and a plurality of stackable shelves mounted on the support stem, including a discrete top shelf. The stackable shelves and top shelf are circular shaped with a raised outer tab and lighting disposed along their circumference and a relatively thin mesh surfacing. The top shelf includes a plurality of tilted slats which each can receive a pair of flat bottom shoes. In some embodiments, the tilted slats may extend upwards in order to increase the number of slats that can fit on the shelf. In some embodiments, the shoe carousel device also includes a foot pedal actuated motor operative to rotate the shoe carousel device.

Rack slide system

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a rack slide system comprising an elongated supporting structure and a plurality of mobile racks mounted on the elongated supporting structure in side-by-side relation for movement along a controlled path, where the length of the path exceeds by a predetermined amount the sum of the depths of the mobile racks to provide at least one gap between selected ones of the mobile racks.

Secure receptacle with container carousel

A secure receptacle includes within it a vertically-aligned carousel having a plurality of securable containers horizontally disposed around the carousel. Each container includes a securable lid preventing access to the contents of the container, and the vertically-aligned carousel is configured to lock in a secured position. A sensor within the secure receptacle determines a position of the carousel, and a motorized controller rotates the carousel to a requested position. On determining a requested container, the carousel is rotated so that the requested container is moved from a current position to the opening of the secure receptacle, and the securable lid of the requested container is actuated to provide access to its contents.

Sample randomizer for blind testing
12582227 · 2026-03-24 · ·

A sample randomizer allows a user to have a set of samples from a corresponding set of sources to be physically randomized so that the user does not know which sample came from which source. The sample randomizer keeps track of the samples so that the source of each sample can be revealed after testing the samples. A covered rotating table is used to physically randomize the samples. Each sample is individually loaded into the table in a given sample position. The other sample positions are obscured from view so that the user cannot see if there is a sample in the adjacent sample positions. The order of the sample and their corresponding sources are tracked, and the samples are dispensed from the table in a random order that is also tracked. The user can then test the samples, placing them in ranking positions of a ranking station of the device. When the user is done testing the samples, the sample randomizer can then indicate the source of each sample at each ranking position.
