PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A ZEOLITIC MATERIAL HAVING AN AEI-TYPE FRAMEWORK STRUCTURE VIA SOLVENT-FREE INTERZEOLITIC CONVERSION
The present disclosure relates to a process preparing a zeolitic material having an AEI-type framework structure, wherein the framework structure comprises SiO.sub.2 and X.sub.2O.sub.3 and X is a trivalent element, and wherein the process comprises: (1) preparing a mixture comprising one or more cationic structure directing agents comprising a heterocyclic amine ring, seed crystals, and a first zeolitic material comprising SiO.sub.2 and X.sub.2O.sub.3 in its framework structure and having an FAU-type framework structure; and (2) heating the mixture to obtain a second zeolitic material comprising SiO.sub.2 and X.sub.2O.sub.3 in its framework structure and having an AEI-type framework structure.
EXHAUST GAS TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR ULTRA LOW NOX AND COLD START
The present invention relates to an exhaust gas treatment system for treating an exhaust gas stream leaving an internal combustion engine, wherein said exhaust gas treatment system comprises (i) a first catalyst comprising a coating and a first substrate, wherein the coating comprises a vanadium oxide supported on a first oxidic support comprising titanium; (ii) a hydrocarbon injector for injecting a fluid comprising hydrocarbons into the exhaust gas stream exiting the outlet end of the first catalyst according to (i); (iii) a second catalyst comprising a coating and a second substrate, wherein the coating comprises palladium on a second oxidic support comprising one or more of zirconium, silicon, aluminum and titanium.

The present invention relates to an ammonia oxidation catalyst for the treatment of an exhaust gas stream, the catalyst comprising a coating disposed on a substrate, wherein the coating comprises a selective catalytic reduction component being a zeolitic material comprising one or more of copper and iron; and an oxidation catalytic component comprising platinum supported on a porous non-zeolitic oxidic support, wherein the oxidation catalytic component further comprises a first oxidic material supported on the porous non-zeolitic oxidic support supporting platinum, wherein the first oxidic material comprises titania.

Road-transportable genset emissions reduction system
Given that power blackouts occur very infrequently, a TRANSportable GENset emissions reduction system (XGEN) that fixes a larger and more significant problem of reducing emissions from routine periodic testing of gensets, whereas the system may be scheduled to be shared by a multitude of gensets, thereby reducing costs through efficient use of capital expenditures while also increasing the quality of emissions reductions as compared to applying individual exhaust treatments each genset.

The invention relates to a process for preparing a catalyst based on a zeolite of AFX structural type and on at least one transition metal, comprising at least the following steps: i) mixing, in an aqueous medium, of at least one source of silicon in oxide form SiO.sub.2, of at least one source of aluminium in oxide form Al.sub.2O.sub.3, of an organic nitrogen-comprising compound R, of at least one source of at least one alkali metal and/or alkaline-earth metal M until a homogeneous precursor gel is obtained; ii) hydrothermal treatment of said precursor gel to obtain a crystallized solid phase, iii) at least one ion exchange with a transition metal; iv) heat treatment.
The invention also relates to the catalyst capable of being obtained or directly obtained by the process and to the process for the selective reduction of NOx employing the catalyst.

CHA-TYPE ZEOLITE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
CHA-type zeolite in which the molar ratio of silica to alumina is less than 13, and the content of sodium is 100 ppm or more and 2000 ppm or less is provided. Such a CHA-type zeolite is obtained by a manufacturing method including obtaining a crystallized product by crystallizing a composition which includes a structure-directing agent source containing at least N,N,N-trialkylcyclohexylammonium cation, an alumina source, a silica source, a sodium source, and water and in which the molar ratio of silica to alumina is 20 or less and in which the molar ratio of potassium to sodium is less than 0.05, removing N,N,N-trialkylcyclohexylammonium cation from the crystallized product, and contacting the crystallized product with an ammonium-salt-containing solution having an ammonium concentration of 1 mass percent or more.
