An indoor unit for an air conditioner including: a cabinet assembly forming an external appearance of the indoor unit and having a suction port formed in a rear surface of the cabinet; a filter module movably disposed in rear of the cabinet assembly; a filter module mounted to the filter mounting member and filtering foreign substances in air flowing into the suction port; a mobile member connected to the filter mounting member and moving a position of the filter mounting member; a driving device pressing the mobile member to change the position of the filter mounting member; and a controller configured to, in response to receiving a control command to change the position of the filter mounting member, operate the driving device that presses the mobile member.

An air purification device for maintaining a clean smelling bathroom includes a housing, which is mountable to a tank of a toilet, and a plurality of bulbs, which is mountable to an underside of a seat of the toilet. An opening is positioned in the housing to vent the housing. A tube is attached to and extends from the housing to a bowl of the toilet. A battery, a pump, and a filter are attached to and positioned in the housing. The battery is operationally engaged to the pump and the bulbs, positioning the bulbs to selectively illuminate an area proximate to the toilet. The pump draws air from the bowl through the tube into the housing, where the filter absorbs malodorous compounds in the air to purify the air, thus maintaining a clean smell in proximity to the toilet.

An air filter assembly for a bicycle is disclosed. The air filter assembly includes a body having a bracket and a frame. The bracket is configured to mount to a bicycle frame. The frame defines a tapered opening having a windward side and a leeward side. The tapered opening is larger on the windward side than on the leeward side. A removable air filter cartridge is mounted within the opening of the frame such that a force acting on the air filter cartridge on the windward side tends to wedge the air filter cartridge in the opening. A foam member is attached to an outer periphery of the air filter cartridge and is disposed between the air filter cartridge and the frame. The foam member is compressible so as to hold the air filter cartridge in the opening of the frame. The foam member compresses to a greater degree on the leeward side of the opening than on the windward side of the opening. The air filter assembly is mountable to a handle bar of a bicycle.

A scrubbing assembly for treating malodorous air by chemical scrubbing one or more chemical components from an influent airflow, particularly one or more chemical components that have become airborne from chemical intervention solutions used during food processing, such as vapors from peroxycarboxylic acid solutions used during food processing. The peroxycarboxylic acid vapors are removed from air in a continuous manner within the scrubber assembly utilizing a neutralizing chemical solution to provide a treated effluent airflow that can be returned back to the point of use area from which the malodorous air was removed for treatment.

The odor filter includes an air-permeable high-voltage electrode and an air-permeable counter electrode arranged behind one another in a direction of flow of air. The present invention relates to a reusable food storage container designed to store food items while preventing the odor of stored food from being retained in the container material. The container has a base comprised of odor-resistant material, such as stainless steel or glass, and has a lid with an embedded replaceable charcoal filter. The charcoal filter is configured to absorb odor emanating from stored food items. The container can comprise different sizes, designs, shapes, and colors and can be washed and reused. In one embodiment, a lid of the container has a cavity for embedding the charcoal filter, and in another embodiment, the bottom surface of the lid has a frame with a continuous channel for accommodating the charcoal filter. The lid is configured to seal the stored food material using a skirt wall for preserving the food items.

Embodiments disclosed herein provide an organic matter processing apparatus and method for the use thereof to convert organic matter into a ground and desiccated product. The organic matter processing apparatus includes a lid assembly that is positioned at the top or head of the processing apparatus and an air treatment system. The lid assembly is operative to open to allow a user to deposit organic matter into the processing apparatus or to remove a removable bucket contained therein. The lid assembly is operative to close and provide an odor containing seal that prevents or substantially mitigates escape of odor. The air treatment system uniformly distributes untreated air through an air treatment chamber to convert the untreated air to treated air, which is exhausted out of the processing apparatus.
