PARALLEL PIPE TYPE GAS ADSORPTION AND CONCENTRATION APPARATUS
The present invention relates to an apparatus for concentrating malodorous organic pollutant waste gas by using an adsorption method, and the specific solution is to provide a plurality of parallel fixed-bed adsorbers and a set of movable hot air desorption apparatuses which can be connected to at least one of the plurality of parallel fixed-bed adsorbers in sequence, and to respectively complete desorption of all parallel fixed adsorbent beds by means of the movable hot air desorption apparatuses. In the improved solution, the movable hot air desorption apparatus is connected to two adsorption units, and a regenerative heat exchange apparatus is provided on an inlet and outlet pipeline of the hot air desorption apparatus. According to the present invention, the desorption process of the regenerative fixed-bed adsorbers is changed from concentrated desorption requiring high-power energy consumption to stepwise desorption requiring low-power energy consumption, and in the desorption process, and heat energy is fully used by recovering the heat from the adsorbent and the desorptive gas discharged, so that not only the power demand of the gas adsorption concentration apparatus for associated energy supply is reduced, but the overall energy consumption is also reduced.
SCENT DEVICE
A scent device comprises a container defining a volume and configured to hold a fill material, which may include one or more chemical compounds, natural formulations, or both configured to absorb odor and/or moisture, and/or emit a scent. The scent device includes a vented cap reversibly coupled to the container via a connection mechanism, and a breathable insert sandwiched between the container and the cap. The breathable insert may comprise a non-woven fabric supported along its perimeter by a structural mount. Methods of manufacturing the scent device involve cutting a mount from a support material, attaching a breathable material to the mount to form a breathable insert, depositing a scent-controlling material within a container, and sandwiching the breathable insert between the container and a cap upon coupling the cap with the container.
Photocatalyst material and method for fabricating the same
The disclosure provides a photocatalyst material and a method for fabricating the same. The photocatalyst material includes a zinc oxide material doped with metal, wherein the zinc oxide material has a lattice structure including a plurality of defects. A part of the defects are filled with a metal.
Hollow core door with internal air flow and sliding panel
Hollow core door apparatus for preventing the build up of pressure in a room having a register through which air flows into the room and the door includes an inside door skin and an outer door skin, and the door skins includes openings through which air flows and panels disposed in the openings to define the amount of air flowing through the openings in the skins. The door also includes at least a single fixed panel and a movable panel, both of which panels include openings through which air flows when the openings in the panels are aligned and which air flow is restricted when the openings are misaligned. The inside and outside panels have peripheral openings defined between the openings in the skins and the panels disposed in the openings and which peripheral openings define areas at least as great as the area of the openings in the fixed and movable panels, and the openings in the fixed and movable panels are offset from the peripheral openings to provide for a non-linear flow of air through the door to prevent the build up of pressure in the room and to restrict the non-linear air flow through the door when the openings in the fixed and movable panels are misaligned. An embodiment combining a noxious gas absorbent material with the pressure build up prevention capability is also illustrated.
WASTE TANK FILTER FOR A VEHICLE
Some embodiments of the invention include a filter for a waste tank, the filter including a housing with a pair of end fittings; an inner tube positioned within the housing, the inner tube having perforated walls; and a negatively charged resin positioned between the housing and the inner tube. The first end fitting may be configured to attach to the tank's vent line, and the second end fitting may be configured to attach to external venting tubes such that fumes from the waste tank are configured to flow from the waste tank, through the inner tube of the filter, and away from the waste tank.
GAS FILTERING APPARATUS FOR REDUCING ODOR
Disclosed is a gas filtering apparatus positioned in a closed environment for reducing odor from gases using compost mass. The gas filtering apparatus includes a first compartment, a second compartment and a layer. The first compartment is having an inlet for receiving gases and a perforated top surface. The first compartment allows the gases to move upwards through the perforated top surface. The second compartment is positioned on top of the first compartment. The second compartment includes a top section with an opening and an open bottom section. The second compartment stores organic compost for treating the received gases from the perforated top surface of the first compartment. The treated gas is released in the atmosphere through the opening. The layer is configured to attach to the open bottom section of the second compartment. The layer is configured to hold the compost mass in the second compartment. Further, the layer is allows the gases to pass from the perforated top surface of the first compartment to the second compartment.
