The adjustable filter assembly also includes a hinge coupled between first filter retainer and the second filter retainer and about which the first filter retainer and the second filter retainer are configured to rotate to position the first filter and the second filter at an angle relative to one another in a first angled operating configuration and to align the first filter and the second filter with one another in a second angled operating configuration.

Auxiliary filter for the indoor unit of a Mini-Split heat pump
20200141595 · 2020-05-07 ·

The indoor unit of a mini-split heat pump has an auxiliary filter mounted atop the air inlet opening of the indoor unit. The auxiliary filter comprising three parallel filtering stages and each of these filtering stages having an air flow capacity equivalent to a nominal air flow rating of the indoor unit. The three filtering stages improve low-air-quality tolerance of a residential indoor unit of a mini-split heat pump, so that commercial and industrial users can also benefit from these high efficiency heat pumps to reduce their carbon footprint.

A DUST COLLECTOR FOR GASEOUS FLUIDS AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE DUST COLLECTOR
20200086260 · 2020-03-19 ·

The invention relates to a dust collector for gaseous fluids and to a method for manufacturing the dust collector. The dust collector, used for removing dust from gaseous fluids containing fine dust, is equipped with a periodic cleaning system and comprises one or more filtering assemblies (1) that have filtering elements (2). The filtering elements (2) have a tubular extension and are closed at one end. They are made of a rigid or semirigid filtering material and are kept in contact with each other along a direction parallel to their length; the filtering elements (2) enclose, between them, flow channels (3) open at one end and closed at the end opposite the end at which the filtering elements (2) are closed. The method for manufacturing a filtering assembly (1) of the dust collector comprises the steps of: permanently deforming a sheet of a filtering material so as to obtain a corrugated sheet (8) with a cross-section defined by repetitions of -shaped forms that are connected to each other; coupling two deformed sheets, so as to keep the straight parts of the reshaped forms in contact and to obtain rows of filtering elements (2); connecting the various rows of filtering elements to each other, by placing them in contact along generatrices of the elements facing each other; closing the ends of the filtering elements (2) and of flow channels (3) that are formed between the filtering elements.

Modular spray dryer system

A spray drying system for drying liquid into powder including a plurality of processing towers each including an elongated drying chamber, a spray nozzle assembly at an upper end of the drying chamber and a powder collection chamber at a lower end of the drying chamber. The powder collection chamber of each processing tower being configured to discharge power to a common conveyor system.

A filter element is provided with a support frame provided with a first end disk section and a second end disk section. A folded filter medium is connected to the support frame and arranged between the first end disk section and the second end disk section of the support frame. The first end disk section or the second end disk section has a face facing away from the filter medium. The support frame is provided with a fluid guiding channel that guides, when a fluid flow passes through the filter medium, the fluid along the face facing away from the filter medium. A filter assembly with such a filter element and a filter receptacle in which the filter element is exchangeably arranged is provided.

REDUCED-SIZE DEVICE FOR AIR PURIFICATION

Disclosed is a device for air purification, including: a base that may or may not be in direct contact with the surface on which it is placed, which base preferably has a rectangular contour; at least four side walls each including a filter, which side walls are preferably perpendicular to the base; an upper wall, on the face opposite its base including a prefilter-type filter formed of a flexible, foam or even fabric, honeycomb material; a source of electrical power; an air pressurizer connecting to the power source and ensuring the flow of air through the device; a duct between the filter on the upper wall and the air pressurizer. The pressurizer ensure air is sucked through the filter on the upper wall towards the air pressurizer, then flows from the pressurising to each filter in each side wall, before its discharge to the exterior of the device.

DEVICE FOR REMOVING WET PAINT OVERSPRAY

The invention relates to a device for removing wet paint overspray from an outgoing air flow containing over-spray particles. The device separates wet paint over-spray from an over-spray particle contained in an exhaust air stream. The overspray particles in the exhaust air stream are formed during the painting at an application area of a painting installation. The device comprises of at least one separation apparatus for separating the over-spray from the exhaust air stream. The separation apparatus includes a regeneratable surface filter and the flow path of the exhaust air stream from the application area to a separating device having at least one narrowed area. The central direction of flow of the exhaust air stream remains essentially preserved in passing by the narrowed area.

Filtering module

A filtering module includes at least one reinforced aluminum side plate and at least one filtering mesh. The reinforced aluminum side plate surrounds to form a rectangular frame. The reinforced aluminum side plate includes a top plate, a connecting plate, a base plate and a positioning plate. The connecting plate is connected between the top plate and the base plate. The base plate and the top plate are substantially parallel with each other. The base plate has a treated surface away from the top plate and configured to abut against a fan filtering unit. The top plate has a supporting surface away from the base plate. The positioning plate is disposed perpendicularly on the supporting plate and aligns with the connecting plate. The filtering mesh is at least partially supported on the supporting surface and at least partially abuts against the positioning plate.

Filtration system

A filtration system is arranged to safely vent a storage room into which a fog mixture is introduced. Venting the storage room reduces and/or prevents a substantial increase in the internal pressure of the storage room. To control the pressure differential between the storage room and the ambient air pressure, a venting manifold with an in-line duct fan is used, for example, to exhaust storage room air into the atmosphere. The exhausted storage room air is filtered to reduce the exfiltration of chemicals and/or other contaminants from the environmentally sealed storage room.
