The filtering section includes a filter having a containment body provided with an intake opening and a delivery opening for the air stream passing therethrough, and air-tight bulkheads, arranged inside the containment body and shaped to force the air stream to collide therewith and with the inner walls of the containment body, the bulkheads and the containment body having a section portion suitable for being penetrated by the particulate in the air stream so as to retain it therein.
Closure device for a fluid container
A closure device for a fluid container, in particular a hydraulic tank, has a base (4), which can be attached to the container opening and has a cover part (2), which encloses a ventilation and/or a filter device (36). The cover part (2) is held on the base (4) so as to be freely rotatable in a functional unlocking position. In a functional locking position, the closure device permits the container opening to be unlocked by a safety device (48, 50, 58) while connecting the cover part (2) to the base (4). The safety device (48, 50, 58) can be actuated by a magnetic device generating a magnetic field (62). The magnetic device establishes the functional locking position of the cover (2) and the base (4) by magnetic force.
Filter for a vent opening of a container
A filter for a vent opening of a container comprises a filter element and a flange which surrounds the filter element. The filter element and the flange are integrated by means of an injection molding process, in which material is injected against a solid filter element in a mold, from which material the flange arises after curing. The filter element has an edge portion which extends in its circumferential direction. The edge portion has a front side, a back side and a side edge extending between the front side and the back side. The back side is covered the flange and the side edge in circumferential direction of the edge portion is alternatingly entirely and partly covered from the back side by the material of the flange. At the locations where the side edge is entirely covered the front side is also covered by the material of the flange.
Condensing duct, and washing and drying machine including the same
A washing and drying machine includes a cabinet, a tub disposed inside the cabinet, a condensation duct connected to the tub to condense moisture in air introduced from the inside of the tub, and a drying duct connected to the condensation duct to heat the air introduced into the condensation duct and supply the heated air back into the tub, wherein the condensation duct includes a housing, an inlet disposed at a lower portion of the housing and connected to the tub, an outlet disposed at an upper portion of the housing and connected to the drying duct, a supply nozzle configured to supply condensation water inside the housing, and a rib disposed adjacent to the inlet, wherein the rib includes a gathering portion configured to collect at least a part of the condensation water, and wherein the condensation water collected in the gathering portion falls to the inlet side.
AIR CIRCULATION SYSTEM AND FINAL POLISHING APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
Disclosed are an air circulation system and a final polishing apparatus including the same. The air circulation system improves the degree of contamination in a final polishing apparatus including a housing formed to accommodate a load unit, an unload unit, and a plurality of polishing units. The air circulation system includes air purification units mounted at positions corresponding to the positions of the load unit, the unload unit, and the plurality of polishing units. The air purification units discharge contaminated air in the housing to the outside of the housing, purify the discharged air, and supply the purified air again into the housing.
Housing for receiving contaminated airflow from a clothes dryer or from a building's interior, constructed for filtering and recycling thru an interior piping system or disposing out to a building's exterior and comprising a safety mechanical shutdown system of the clothes dryer
Listed are some of this invention's unique features for producing a healthier home and a safer clothes dryer vent within the same housing system, which may be installed within a typical wall system or as a free-standing unit in a laundry room.
Included are two airflow receiving ports that accepts airflow from a clothes dryer or optionally from a house's interior rooms and two airflow exhaust ports that discharge the same airflow into an exhaust pipe to the outside or optionally into the building interior as recycled airflow.
A drainage device removes water derived from condensate which forms in the exhaust pipe and otherwise flows back into the housing.
Two (2) receiving ports and the two (2) exiting ports combine to provide four (4) combinations of airflow management.
The choice of which of the four (4) airflow ports are activated for airflow passage is subject to a selection from a control system which contains switches for the desired airflow management thru the housing.
Additionally, an exhaust system constructed to select airflow destinations, first destination, airflow can be directed to exit to the building's outside atmosphere or second destination, airflow can be directed to exit into an interior duct system for recycling of the filtered airflow.
Additionally, the control system contains monitors and sensors to indicate unsafe temperatures, air pressure changes or filter blockage within the housing.
A shutdown mechanism within the control system stops the airflow exhaust fan and stops the clothes dryer to provide an additional measure of safety.
Included in the invention is a multi-filter filtration system that includes filters that block lint particulate from a clothes dryer and block indoor pollutants comprising pre-filters, True HEPA filters, with activated carbon filters and air cleaners to meet EPA Indoor Air Quality Standards and MERV Ratings.
A multi-speed airflow exhaust fan moves airflow in thru the receiving ports, thru the multi-filters and out thru the exiting ports. Additionally, within the housing, access openings with removable windows provide internal inspections and accessibility.
In conclusion the elements of this invention combine to improve the efficiency and safety of a clothes dryer's exhaust system and improve the indoor air quality of a home or commercial building.
PORTABLE AIR FLOW APPARATUS
A portable air flow apparatus may include a base configured to be seated on a surface, a head comprising a suction inlet through which air is suctioned into the head and a discharge outlet through which the air suctioned in through the suction inlet is discharged, the suction inlet and the discharge outlet being horizontally spaced apart from each other at a right angle with respect to a vertical direction, and a column that connects the head and the base in such a manner that the head is vertically spaced from the base.
AUTOMATIC SENSING VENT HOOD
A vent hood is configured to receive air from a cooking environment, the vent hood including a filter. A post-filter air quality sensor is configured to provide an air quality signal indicative of sensed air quality parameters of air after exiting the filter. A vent hood controller is configured to indicate an alert that the filter requires servicing, based on a comparison of the sensed air quality parameters to baseline air quality parameters indicating a lack of filter efficiency.
AIRBORNE CONTAMINANT MANAGEMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM
A method includes: generating a contaminant distribution map by sampling an environment of a cleanroom; selecting a first fabrication tool of the cleanroom by comparing the contaminant distribution map with at least one diffusion image in a first database; comparing parameters of the first fabrication tool against process utility information in a second database; and when the parameters are consistent with the process utility information, taking at least one action. The one action may include moving a cleaning tool to a location associated with a contaminant concentration of the contaminant distribution map; turning on a fan of the cleaning tool; stopping pod transit to the first fabrication tool; or halting production by the first fabrication tool.
