20190288306 · 2019-09-19 ·

A membrane humidifier has multiple stacking units mounted one on top of the other, where an individual stacking unit includes a flow plate and diffusion unit, where a circumference of the diffusion unit is formed by two oppositely situated first edge sides and two oppositely situated second edge sides. The diffusion unit includes: a top layer on a top side of the diffusion unit, a bottom layer on a bottom side of the diffusion unit, a moisture-permeable membrane, two oppositely situated upper receiving elements at the two first edge sides, on the top side of the diffusion unit, and two oppositely situated lower receiving elements at the two second edge sides, on the bottom side of the diffusion unit, where the flow plate of the stacking unit is inserted into the two lower receiving elements, and where the next stacking unit is inserted into the two upper receiving elements.

MODULAR FILTRATION PLATFORM

A modular filtration platform having at least one manifold head and at least one respective filter cartridge assembly. Each manifold head is connected to one another to establish a water flow in a series or parallel manner. Each filter cartridge assembly is releasably secured from rotation relative to the manifold head by a locking mechanism. An aperture on the filter cartridge assembly annular collar mates with a protruding resilient extension on either the manifold head or support bracket. Alternatively, an aperture on the filter cartridge assembly annular collar and an aperture on the manifold head annular collar mate with a protruding member from a locking ring extending through both apertures. An integrated sensor package may be integrated with the system for true managed water visible/audible indications and Wi-Fi interface to facilitate virtually instantaneous response times for filtration needs.

FILTER MODULE FOR GRAVITY-TYPE WATER PURIFIER AND GRAVITY-TYPE WATER PURIFIER INCLUDING SAME

Provided is a filter module for a gravity-type water purifier. The filter module for a gravity-type water purifier according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a plurality of filter members which are plate shaped, and which are fixed to each other via one or more fastening bars while arranged spaced apart from each other in parallel having gaps therebetween; and a common water collecting member coupled to the respective water collecting holes formed in the filter members, and in which filtered water produced from the filter members is collected.

Gas separation membrane module and method for gas separation

A process for producing nitrogen-rich air by feeding high temperature air at 150 C. or more to an air separation membrane module is described. After being placed at 175 C. for two hours, the air separation module exhibits a shape-retention ratio of 95% or more in one embodiment. The nitrogen-rich air can be fed to a fuel tank for an aircraft, for example.

Provided are a plate-type filter module for water treatment and a filter assembly for water treatment comprising the same. The plate-type filter module for water treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plurality of filter units having a predetermined area and formed in a plate shape; a block frame to which the plurality of filter units is engaged so that the filter units are kept parallel to each other; and a collecting/receiving tube fixed on one side of the block frame and including a plurality of first fittings respectively connected to the plurality of the filter units to allow filtered water produced in the filter units to be introduced thereinto and at least one second fitting for discharging the filtered water introduced through the plurality of first fittings to the outside.

Membrane casing and membrane component

A membrane casing that watertightly houses a membrane element for filtering raw water includes a tubular casing main body, a lid body, and a pressing mechanism. The casing main body houses a membrane element. The lid body fits an opening end of the casing main body and is movable in the axial direction of the casing main body while maintaining the attitude and while securing watertightness with the casing main body. The pressing mechanism and presses the lid body to press and hold the membrane element housed in the casing main body. The membrane casing has a simple configuration capable of watertightly securing using a predetermined pressing force by accommodating variations in size of the membrane element, even if the membrane casing cannot be formed into a cylindrical shape.

GAS SEPARATION MEMBRANE MODULE AND METHOD FOR GAS SEPARATION

A process for producing nitrogen-rich air by feeding high temperature air at 150 C. or more to an air separation membrane module is described. The nitrogen-rich air can be fed to a fuel tank for an aircraft, for example.

Rotary Vessel for a Filter Assembly

A rotary vessel for a filter assembly is rotatably mountable in a housing of the filter assembly and has a body having an open end, a cover receivable on the body to close the open end, and a releasable locking device that is manually operable to selectively lock and unlock the cover relative to the body.

Fluid conditioning systems having caps with filter cartridge sealing and removal devices and/or locking devices

A fluid conditioning unit is provided that includes a housing, a cap, a cartridge device, and a filter cartridge. The cap is threadably secured to and unsecured from the housing by rotation about an axis of the housing. The cap forms a removable seal with the housing when secured thereto. The cartridge device is secured to the cap in a manner that restricts movement of the cartridge device with respect to the cap along the axis but allows rotation of the cartridge device with respect to the cap about the axis. The filter cartridge is removably secured to the cartridge device and is disposed in the housing along the axis.
