Cylindrical material storing device and method thereof

A device for storing cylindrical material according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a rack shelf including one or more racks in which a circular axis is stored, a rack master including a first rack master fork configured to collect a first circular axis in which an article stored in a target rack is not mounted, and a second rack master fork configured to transport a second circular axis in which the article is mounted in the target rack from which the first circular axis is collected, a turn skid configured to collect the first circular axis collected from the first rack master fork; and an input/output port configure to mount the article in the first circular axis collected from the turn skid.

GAS CYLINDER TANK STORAGE RACK WITH METHOD OF SIGNALING TANK INVENTORY
20230389704 · 2023-12-07 · ·

A gas cylinder tank storage rack uses groups of load cells to sense the presence and fill state of tanks in storage locations on shelves. Tanks can be stored lying down horizontally on parallel rails. The rails are hinged to a crossbar of a frame of the rack and rest at an opposite end upon load cells attached to another crossbar of the frame. Multiple tanks can also be stored upright upon platforms resting upon at least one pair of load cells affixed to front and/or back crossbars of the frame. Sensor outputs from pairs of cells are processed in tandem to yield an average load value. The measured load in relation to threshold values determine the number and fill state of tanks on the shelves. Tank inventory can be communicated to a server to handle ordering of replacement tanks when needed.

STORAGE RACK WITH EMBEDDED DISPLAY FOR BARRELS OR CASKS

A storage rack having an embedded display may include a plurality of sections for holding a respective plurality of items. A first section may include, for example, a first vertical support, a second vertical support substantially parallel to the first vertical support, and a first set of horizontal supports substantially perpendicular to the first vertical support and the second vertical support. The first set of horizontal supports may include a first horizontal support disposed at a first height and a first depth in the first vertical support, and a second horizontal support disposed at the first height and the first depth in the second vertical support. The first horizontal support may extend from an inner wall of the first vertical support towards the second vertical support for a distance that is less than half of the distance between the first vertical support and the second vertical support.

MODULAR STORAGE SYSTEM FOR BARRELS

The present invention relates to a modular storage system for barrels. The modular storage system includes a base rick module, an aisle rick module, and an end rick module, whereby a plurality of each module type may be assembled to construct a rickhouse.

The present invention relates to an assembly station for assembling modules used in a modular storage system for barrels. The modular storage system includes a base rick module, an aisle rick module, and an end rick module, whereby a plurality of each module type may be assembled to construct a rickhouse. The assembly station can include a vertical post assembly station, transfer rollers, a main module assembly area, dunnage supports, and a dunnage feeder conveyor system.

SEISMIC BASE ISOLATION SYSTEM FOR BARREL RACKS
20210219723 · 2021-07-22 ·

This base isolation system protects barrel racks from earthquake motions through a pad designed to slide on a prepared surface to critically reduce the amount of energy otherwise transferred to a stack of barrels. The pad is comprised of two layers: a plate, usually steel, and an underlayer, usually a high density plastic. The interaction of the underlayer with the prepared surface depends on a coefficient of static and kinetic friction between the underlayer and the surface that prevents relative movement in normal operation and yet allows the isolation pad to move relative to the surface during a seismic event.

Dual-directional display shelf

A shelf has been disclosed, which provides a level with a support bridge, a first vertical support, and a second vertical support. The support bridge, the first vertical support, and the second vertical support forming three points in the level that support an object in alternative right or left arrangements at an angle where the objects extend upward and outward from the support bridge. In particular configurations, each of the first vertical support and the second vertical support comprise a shelving portion and each of the first vertical support and the second vertical support comprise an end support.

Tube rack apparatus

A tube rack apparatus including a bottom portion having a first length, a plurality of indents formed in the bottom portion and configured to receive tubes and keep tubes straight, the plurality of indents exposing a lower surface of the bottom portion, wherein inserted tubes do not pass through the lower surface of the bottom portion, a plurality of legs extending from the bottom portion, a top portion having a second length longer than the first length, a plurality of openings formed in the top portion, the plurality of openings aligned with the plurality of indents, and at least one handle member extending from a first end of the top portion.

MODULAR BOTTLE RACK

A modular bottle rack comprising a plurality of support bars configured to mount to a rack mounting surface in a horizontal position relative to a ground surface, a plurality of pairs of bottle supports coupled to each of the support bars, a plurality of support bar brackets, a plurality of wine glasses holders coupled to one of the support bars, and a shelf for holding bottles coupled to at least one of the support bars. Each of the bottle supports comprises a base sleeve that couples the corresponding bottle support to the corresponding support bar, and a plurality of undulating extensions coupled to and extending from the base sleeve. Each undulating extension comprises at least one concave section configured to receive and support a portion of a bottle. Each support bar bracket comprises a support bar receiving portion and two flanges extending from opposed ends of the receiving portion.

NESTING TRANSPORTABLE WINE BARREL RACK
20210112979 · 2021-04-22 ·

A wine barrel rack system may include single barrel cradles (500) (or alternatively hardware for constructing such single barrel cradles), which may include two wedge plate bodies (504), each having upper barrel contact surfaces (508a, 512a, 430) configured to contact and support a single barrel (BA) in an upper tier at two or more locations. The wedge plate bodies (504) also include lower barrel contact surfaces (510a, 514a, 430) configured to contact and be supported by two barrels in a lower tier relative to the single barrel cradle. The wedge plate bodies (504) can be curved upward to cause the upper barrel contact surfaces to both contact a same upper tier barrel and to orient the lower barrel contact surfaces to contact the two lower tier barrels when the upper and lower tiers are offset in a staggered stacking configuration. Methods and systems are described.
