APPLICATION DEVICE FOR MATERIALS
An application device for materials, in particular adhesives, including at least one cartridge receiving device for receiving a replaceable cartridge which contains a material and has a material outlet opening; a rotary device for metering or mixing the material, rotary device having a first engagement element; a drive device for driving the rotary device, the drive device having a rod which is mounted in a rotatable and axially movable manner and has a second engagement element at the end face; and a gearing unit for driving the rod in order to bring the first and the second engagement element into engagement with each other.
Static mixer
A mixing element for a static mixer for installation into a tubular mixer housing has a longitudinal axis along which a plurality of installation bodies are arranged behind one another. A first installation body has a first wall element which extends in the direction of the longitudinal axis and a first side wall and a second side wall which is arranged opposite the first side wall. A deflection element is arranged adjacent to the first wall element and has a deflection surface extending in the transverse direction to the wall element at both sides of the wall element. A first opening is provided in the deflection surface at the side which faces the first side wall of the first wall element.
DYNAMIC MIXER, DISPENSING ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF DISPENSING MULTI-COMPONENT MATERIAL FROM A CARTRIDGE
A dynamic mixer has two inlets arranged at an inlet side of the dynamic mixer and an outlet arranged at an outlet side of the dynamic mixer. The mixing element of the dynamic mixer is configured to be coupled to a drive shaft to drive the mixing element about a longitudinal axis of the mixing element.
Fluid dispensing device
The invention pertains generally to an improved fluid dispensing device, particularly a dispensing device which employs at least one hemispherical domed cannister source of reactants and which uses a color-changing dispensing plastic tip to inform the end-user if the reactants are at a proper use temperature.
PLURAL COMPONENT SPRAY GUN SYSTEM
A spray gun for a plural component system is provided. The spray gun includes a first component delivery line and a second component delivery line. The spray gun also includes a nozzle, configured to receive and mix a first component received from the first component delivery line with a second component received from the second component delivery line. The spray gun also includes an air purge system configured to, when the spray gun is in a non-actuated position, purge the nozzle of the first and second components and, when the spray gun is in an actuated position, aid in atomization of the mixture of the first and second components.
Mixing machine for producing foam within a bag
A machine produces foam-in-bag from foam precursors mixed within the bag. The machine comprises a base and a shell. The base and shell are moveable relative each other between a base/shell disengaged position and a base/shell engaged position. In the base/shell engaged position, the base and shell divide the bag so that a mixing chamber is isolated from the remainder portion of the bag. First and second nozzles inject foam precursors into the mixing chamber. A mixer engages the mixing chamber to provide mixing energy to facilitate the foam reaction.
Mixer
The present disclosure relates to a mixer for mixing pasty components, comprising a mixing case extending along a longitudinal axis and having at least one inlet, preferably two inlets, and an outlet, and comprising at least one mixing element received in the mixing case, which defines a plurality of chambers together with the mixing case, said chambers being arranged successively and/or adjacently along a flow path from the inlets to the outlet. The chambers are defined by transverse walls, each extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis, and four side walls that each extend parallel to the longitudinal axis, and adjacent chambers are interconnected by a flow by means of through-openings provided in the side walls, the mixing element comprising two strips forming side walls, which are connected by a web that forms other side walls and is perpendicularly arranged in relation to the strips, a first group of chambers having first through-openings arranged in the web, which extend up to a strip, and a second group of chambers comprising second through-openings positioned at a distance to at least one strip in the web.
MIXER AND METHOD FOR MIXING TWO COMPONENTS
The disclosure relates to a specifically static mixer for mixing two components, with a housing, in which a mixing element is accommodated, and an input part with a first intake and a diametrically opposite second intake, wherein, within the input part, a first channel is formed between the first intake and the mixing chamber and a second channel is formed between the second intake and the mixing chamber. The first channel extends radially inward from the first intake and opens into a central opening in the cover. The second channel has two partial channels as storage chambers not leading into the mixing chamber, and two intake sections located radially within the storage chambers and leading into the mixing chamber. The intake sections branch off the respective storage chambers, extend inward in the opposite direction to the first channel and open into the central opening in the cover.
POLYURETHANE COMPOSITION RAW MATERIAL LIQUID AGENT, POLYURETHANE COMPOSITION, AND MIXING SYSTEM
A polyurethane composition raw material liquid agent comprises a polyol or an isocyanate, and a filler. The polyurethane composition raw material liquid agent has a viscosity at 25° C. and a rotation speed of 60 rpm of 950 mPa.Math.s or less, and is filled in at least one cartridge-like container of a caulking gun that includes two cartridge-like containers and is capable of mixing two components.
DISPENSER FOR BINARY VISCOUS FLUIDS WITH AGGREGATE
Apparatus for blending and applying plural substances including aggregate onto an environmental substrate is shown and described. The apparatus includes optionally a single power plant, plural pumps each fed by a respective hopper, and a blender blending pumped materials together. Dispensing ratios of the two pumps are mutually adjustable. An onboard air compressor delivers compressed air for atomizing blended materials as they are dispensed with the aggregate. Because materials may be curable or hardenable, flushing is enabled. The apparatus may be a free standing wheeled device.
