Peracetic acid concentration and monitoring and concentration-based dosing system
A system and related methods for monitoring and dosing peroxycarboxylic acids, particularly peracetic acid, in food processing applications based upon desired concentration of the processing solution. The concentration of the peroxycarboxylic acid measured and additional peroxycarboxylic acid being added to the processing solution if the measured concentration is below a threshold level of the desired concentration, and additional water being added to the processing solution if the measured concentration is above a threshold level of the desired concentration. The system and related methods capable of being used in utilized with either live stream or static, storage tank based systems, to keep the concentration of peroxycarboxylic acid at or near desired concentration levels while experiencing less variation than experienced with conventional flow-based or hand-mixed systems.
Multi-path manifold with flow switches and fluid mixers
A system for distributing ozonated fluid includes a manifold that contains a plurality of fluid paths and has one or more ozone intake ports. The ozone intake ports are fluidically coupled to one or more ozone output ports of one or more ozone supply units. The manifold includes a plurality of flow switches configured to transmit control signals to one or more controllers of each ozone supply unit in response to sensing a flow of water through the fluid paths in order to cause the ozone supply units to generate ozone. The manifold also includes a plurality of fluid mixers that are fluidically coupled to the ozone intake ports and configured to introduce the ozone generated by the ozone supply units into the water flowing through the fluid paths.
Hydrogen Gas Dissolving Apparatus
A hydrogen gas dissolving apparatus 1 has a hydrogen supply unit 2 capable of supplying hydrogen gas, and a hydrogen gas dissolution module 6 for bringing the hydrogen gas supplied from the hydrogen supply unit 2 in contact with and dissolved in water. The hydrogen gas dissolution module 6 has a supply port 62 to which the hydrogen gas is supplied, a hydrogen chamber 63 communicating with the supply port 62 and filled with the hydrogen gas supplied from the supply port 62, and an exhaust port 64 communicating with the hydrogen chamber 63 and discharging the air in the hydrogen chamber 63. The exhaust port 64 is located in a lower part of the hydrogen chamber 63.
Mixing and dispensing device and method
A mixing and dispensing device and method. In particular, the device used by the applied method reduces the risk of chlorine gas formation while providing a stable, effective and safe disinfectant in the form of a hypochlorous add and sodium hypochlorite mixture. The mixing and dispensing device includes a highly concentrated disinfectant and dilutes the concentrate through the device while simultaneously mixing the concentrate with a dilute solution of an organic acid. The two diluted solutions are mixed without production of chlorine gas and to a level of safety before being dispensed to produce the stable, effective and safe neutral pH sodium hypochlorite solution disinfectant in the form of a hypochlorous add and sodium hypochlorite mixture. The mixing and dispensing device can be in the form of a kit for retrofitting into institutions or isolated, remote areas in need thereof or for off the shelf use in the home.
FAUCET APPARATUS
The object of the present invention is to provide a faucet apparatus in which both the area for the air inlet port and the area for the babble-water flow discharge port are secured, without excessively increasing sizes of a faucet aerator cap and a faucet apparatus. The air inlet port is provided in a lateral surface of the faucet aerator cap. The flow channel of the spout is provided with a communication port for guiding air between the outside wall and the flow channel toward the air inlet port.
APPARATUS FOR AND METHOD OF PRODUCING ULTRAFINE BUBBLE-CONTAINING LIQUID, AND ULTRAFINE BUBBLE-CONTAINING LIQUID
Provided is a method of producing an ultrafine bubble-containing liquid containing ultrafine bubbles generated by causing film boiling in a liquid with a heat generation member, including: detaching a solid present at a liquid contact surface of the heat generation member in a form of a microscopic substance by using the film boiling; and generating ultrafine bubbles with the detached microscopic substance as a core.
BUFFER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH MANIFOLD FOR BIOPROCESSING SYSTEM
A buffer management system includes at least one workstation configured to support a supply of concentrated buffer solution and an inline dilution skid having a manifold. The manifold is in fluid communication with the supply of concentrated buffer solution and is adapted to be placed in fluid communication with a source of water for injection (WFI). The manifold includes a buffer inlet line in selective fluid communication with the supply of concentrated buffer solution, a WFI inlet line in selective fluid communication with the source of WFI, and a discharge line in fluid communication with both the buffer inlet line and the WFI inlet line. The inline dilution skid is configured to variably mix the supply of concentrated buffer solution and the source of WFI to obtain a range of diluted buffer solutions.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING OZONE WATER
Conventional ozone water is still insufficient in the removal rate and cleaning ability of resist required in today's semiconductor manufacturing field, and it does not fully meet the expectation of further improvement in the effects of sterilization, deodorization, and cleaning in the fields such as cleaning of foodstuffs, cleaning of process equipment and tools, and cleaning of fingers, as well as in the fields such as deodorization, sterilization, and preservation of freshness of foodstuffs. The above-problem can be solved by defining the values of a plurality of specific production parameters in the production of ozone water into specific ranges.
Micro bubble generating device
A micro bubble generating device disposed at one end of a liquid supply device including a water inlet unit, a water outlet unit, an air inlet groove, and a first sleeve. The water inlet unit is penetrated by first passages, and one side being penetrated is provided with a first connecting surface; the water outlet unit is penetrated by second passages, and one side being penetrated is provided with a second connecting surface. The second connecting surface faces the first connecting surface, and they partially abut against each other to form the air inlet groove. The air inlet groove comprises a third passage and a first accommodating chamber. The first accommodating chamber has a first spacing, the first spacing is different from a second spacing of the third passage. The first sleeve is disposed at another side of the water outlet unit.
