HIGH-GRAVITY DEVICE FOR GENERATING NANO/MICRON BUBBLES AND REACTION SYSTEM
The present application provides a high-gravity device for generating nano/micron bubble and a reaction system. In the device, the liquid phase is continuous phase and the gas phase is dispersed phase. A gas enters the interior of the device from a hollow shaft, and the gas is subjected to primary shearing under a shearing effect of aerating micropores to form bubbles; then, the bubbles rapidly disengage from the surface of a rotating shaft under the effect of the rotating shaft rotating at a high speed, and are subjected to secondary shearing under the high-gravity environment with the strong shearing force formed by the rotating shaft to form nano/micron bubbles. The device has the advantages of fastness, stability, and small average particle size. The average particle size of the formed nano/micron bubbles is between 800 nanometers and 50 microns, and the average particle size of the bubbles can be regulated in a range by adjusting the rotating speed of the rotating shaft.
MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR LITHIUM SULFATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
It is introduced that a device of manufacturing lithium sulfate comprising: a reaction body in which a reaction of lithium phosphate and sulfuric acid is performed, the reaction body being divided into an upper space and a lower space; a pressurizer for applying pressure to the inside of the reaction body; a stirrer disposed in the upper space for stirring the lithium phosphate and sulfuric acid to produce a mixture containing lithium sulfate and phosphoric acid; and a filter disposed inside the reaction body and separating the filtrate containing the phosphoric acid into the lower space by filtering the mixture.
Reaction container
The invention relates to a reaction container for stabilizing the temperature of a liquid mixture substances, the reaction container comprising an upper container part and a lower container part, in which the lower container part has an inner direct means of refrigeration and an outer indirect means of refrigeration in addition to an inner, direct means of heating and an outer, indirect means of heating.
Process, reactor and system for catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oils
A process for the catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oils includes the step of contacting a hydrocarbon oil feedstock with a catalytic cracking catalyst in a reactor having one or more fast fluidized reaction zones for reaction. At least one of the fast fluidized reaction zones of the reactor is a full dense-phase reaction zone, and the axial solid fraction ε of the catalyst is controlled within a range of about 0.1 to about 0.2 throughout the full dense-phase reaction zone. When used for catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oils, particularly heavy feedstock oils, the process, reactor and system show a high contact efficiency between oil and catalyst, a selectivity of the catalytic reaction, an effectively reduced yield of dry gas and coke, and an improved yield of high value-added products such as ethylene and propylene.
Slurry Loop Reactor Polymerization Rate and Quality Controller
A process and system for maintaining optimum polymerization production in a loop polymerization reactor by continuously and periodically obtaining polymerization results, such as melt index (MI), production rate and ash content of the polymer produced, determining whether each of the results is within desired ranges, storing and averaging recently obtained results in a database within a reaction rate controller program, and when one of the results is out of the desired range modifying at least one reaction parameter set-point such as monomer concentration, catalyst feed rate and reactor temperature to drive any out-of-range polymerization result(s) toward the desired range for that result.
EFFICIENT OXIDATIVE COUPLING OF METHANE PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS
The present disclosure provides oxidative coupling of methane (OCM) systems for small scale and world scale production of olefins. An OCM system may comprise an OCM subsystem that generates a product stream comprising C.sub.2+ compounds and non-C.sub.2+ impurities from methane and an oxidizing agent. At least one separations subsystem downstream of, and fluidically coupled to, the OCM subsystem can be used to separate the non-C.sub.2+ impurities from the C.sub.2+ compounds. A methanation subsystem downstream and fluidically coupled to the OCM subsystem can be used to react H.sub.2 with CO and/or CO.sub.2 in the non-C.sub.2+ impurities to generate methane, which can be recycled to the OCM subsystem. The OCM system can be integrated in a non-OCM system, such as a natural gas liquids system or an existing ethylene cracker.

Hydroprocessing reactor internals having reduced height
The hydroprocessing reactor internals (HRI) have reduced height compared to standard HRI designs. The HRI height reduction is achieved by a more open design of a rough liquid distribution tray so that the required spaces above and below the tray for vapor flow are reduced. The hydroprocessing reactor quench zone internals comprise a collection tray, a rough liquid distribution tray, and a vapor-liquid distribution tray. Fluid mixing occurs above both the collection tray and the rough liquid distribution tray.
Hydroprocessing reactor internals having reduced height
The hydroprocessing reactor internals (HRI) have reduced height compared to standard HRI designs. In this design, HRI height reduction is achieved by placing a mixing chamber above the collection tray. A ring quench distributor is located around the fluid collection tray between the mixing chamber and reactor shell to eliminate the vertical space occupied by the distributor. The hydroprocessing reactor quench zone internals comprise a collection tray, a mixing chamber, a ring distributor, a rough liquid distribution tray, and a vapor-liquid distribution tray. Fluid mixing occurs in the mixing chamber and above the rough liquid distribution tray.
