LINER ASSEMBLY FOR ORE GRINDING MILL
The present invention provides a system and method for more efficient utilization of comminution mills. Sensors are provided in the liners placed within the mill shell. The sensors may include RFID tags, liner wear profile sensors (e.g., such as an ultrasonic sensor), an inertial sensor (preferably included both an inclinometer and an accelerometer, and an acoustic sensor, among others. When the liners are installed in the shell, the RFID tag is used to register the location of the liner within the shell. In operation, the information provided by the sensors is collected by a data transmission unit and sent by transmitter over the air to a computer having an antenna and receiver for such data. The data is correlated and the data is reviewable in real time while the mill is in running.

A POWDER PRODUCTION SYSTEM
The invention relates to a body (2), at least one mill (3) located on the body (2) so as to rotate about its axis, more than one ball (b) being located in said mill (3), said balls (b) acting on a material to be ground (m) therein by exerting frictional and impact forces on the material to be ground (m) so that the material to be ground (m) is brought to a pulverized form.
Concentric Blade Trimming System with Auto-adjusting Blades
A Concentric Blade Trimming System with Adjustable Blades. The System includes at least one pair of rotating drums within which are rotating cutting blade assemblies. The system allows the user to load untrimmed buds continuously, and to generate an efficient, continuous flow of trimmed buds as output. The cutting blade assemblies rotate within the rotating drums independently. The cutting blade assemblies also include apparatus that will automatically adjust the blade position relative to the interior walls of the drums so that the trimming process can continue without the need to shut down for blade adjustment. In an alternate version, the blades are flexible and their adjustment is conducted manually with only a short intermission in operation of the system.
Apparatus, system and method for providing a bitumen-rich stream from bitumen-containing materials
Method and apparatus to facilitate recycling of at least one fraction of bitumen-containing materials. This can be accomplished by dissolving the at least one fraction, for example, maltenes or asphaltenes in roofing shingles, into at least one solvent. In one aspect, the apparatus comprises a dissolution vessel, a tumbler positioned therein, and at least one solvent distributor. The tumbler is configured to facilitate wetting the bitumen-containing materials with solvent. In a second aspect, a system comprises the apparatus, a solid-liquid separator, for example, a vibratory screen, and at least one solvent-fraction separator, for example, a flash drum. The at least one solvent can comprise one or more solvents useful to extract the at least one fraction. In a third aspect, a first fraction is extracted from the bitumen-containing materials with a first solvent composition, then a second fraction is extracted from the remaining bitumen-containing materials with a second solvent composition.

Plant Processing System and Method to Trim Desired Plant Material
A processing system comprising at least one cylindrical tumbler having a base portion with one or more sidewalls extending upward, where the tumbler tumbles plant material placed inside, and where the tumbled material is trimmed within the tumbler. A motor is in communication with a power source and is mechanically coupled to the base of the tumbler, so that the motor rotates the tumbler. The one or more sidewalls have a plurality of apertures configured to selectively allow one or more plant byproducts to pass through.

BEARING BLOCK ASSEMBLY FOR A PLANT TRIMMING MACHINE
A bearing block assembly for a plant-trimming machine having a rotatable perforated tumbler, a rotatable reel and a bed bar assembly. The bearing block assembly comprises an outer bearing plate having a bearing-receiving bore for holding a reel bearing to rotatably support an end of the reel, and an inner bearing plate affixed to the outer bearing plate. The inner bearing plate has a pocket for receiving the bearing-receiving bore of the outer bearing plate, the pocket having a tolerance permitting the bearing-receiving bore to be set at a selected position within the pocket. The inner bearing plate also has a contact surface for engagement with the bed bar assembly and a bore for receiving a tumbler bearing for a rotatable tumbler support. The bearing block assembly has connectors for affixing the outer bearing plate to the inner bearing plate. The bearing block assembly sets the positions of the reel, bed knife and tumbler correctly during assembly of the plant-trimming machine, reducing the time and skill required for maintenance.
