LUBRICANT PACK FOR A PAPER SHREDDER
Disclosed herein is a lubricant pack for a paper shredder, which includes two covering layers disposed side-by-side and edges thereof are thermally welded to form a sealed bag. Lubricant is enclosed in the bag, at least one breach is formed at least one side of the edges, and the breach is partially connected with the corresponding edge. As such, air contained in the lubricant tends to be released from the breach so that the lubricant squirting can't happen during the lubrication process.
FOOT-OPERATED PAPER SHREDDER
A foot-operated paper shredder includes a housing, a driving mechanism mounted in the bottom of one side of the housing and including a base, a foot pedal mounted on the base and biasable up and down relative to the base and a composite gear mounted on the base and rotatable by the foot pedal, a spindle mounted on the base and rotatable by the composite gear, and a cutter module mounted in the top side of the housing and including a cutting shaft and a transmission gear fixedly connected to one end of the cutting shaft and drivable by the spindle to rotate the cutting shaft. Thus, the foot-operated paper shredder can be operated by foot, and allows replacement of a different cutter module to meet different shredding needs.
PAPER SHREDDER
An apparatus for paper shredding and compacting which includes a shredded paper storage portion, a movable ram disposed within the shredded paper storage portion, and a movable push rod.
PAPER SHREDDER AC/DC MOTOR CONTROLLER
A paper shredder controller, with an all-analog controller including a power supply circuit, coupled to a door open switch circuit, an automatic forward control circuit, an automatic reverse control circuit, and a wastebin full circuit. The paper shredder controller includes an overload circuit, a forward-reverse control and relays circuit, a forward-reverse model delay setting circuit, and an overheating protection circuit. Further includes a POWER indicator light; a DOOR OPEN light; an AUTOMATIC FORWARD light; an OVERHEATING light, and a WASTEBIN FULL light.
SHREDDER JAM CLEAR APPARATUS
A paper shredder having shredder cover and a motor coupled to shredder blades includes a shredder throat in proximity to shredder blades. The shredder throat has a moveable blade, and a fixed blade. A shredder jam grip has a projection in communication with a power switch plunger. When the shredder is in the NORMAL position, a throat gap is in its normal position and the projection positions the plunger to power to the motor. When the shredder is in the JAM CLEAR position, the throat gap is in its wide position and the projection positions the plunger to remove power from the motor.
Paper shredder having interchangeable feed belt cartridges
An auto-feed paper shredder operates by using counter-rotating belts to grasp sheets of paper from the bottom of a stack of paper and push the sheet into a shredding mechanism. Successive sheets are pulled from the stack and shredded so that an entire stack of several hundred sheets can be shredded without operator intervention. The belts that accomplish the auto-feeding are housed in roller belt assemblies that can be easily removed from and reinserted into the paper shredder. In this way when the belts become worn and no longer effectively grasp the paper, the user simply removes the assembly and inserts a new one. The worn assemblies can be returned to the manufacturer to be refurbished.
LUBRICANT PACK FOR A PAPER SHREDDER
A lubricant pack for a paper shredder is presented, which includes two covering layers disposed side-by-side and edges thereof are thermally welded to form a sealed bag. Lubricant is enclosed in the bag, and at least one inner seal is configured in the bag. Surrounded by the inner seal is a hollow region not containing the lubricant. When the paper shredder cuts the lubricant pack, air contained in the lubricant tends to be released from the hollow region. Another lubricant pack for a paper shredder is presented, which includes two covering layers disposed side-by-side and edges thereof are thermally welded to form a sealed bag. Lubricant is enclosed in the bag, and at least one an inner seal is configured in the bag. Surrounded by the inner seal is a solid region not containing the lubricant, and multiple hollow impressions are formed in the solid region. When the paper shredder cuts the lubricant pack, air contained in the lubricant tends to be released from the hollow impressions of the solid region.
SHREDDER BIN-FULL DEVICE
A paper shredder bin-full sensor with a push bar, a conductive element coupled to the push bar, a sensing contact assembly normally set apart from the conductive element, and a signaling contact coupled to the sensing contact assembly. Sensor includes a push bar sweeper between the conductive element and the push bar, and a biasing element coupled to the push bar sweeper, the biasing element elastically resists the shredded material force. A predetermined shredded material force presses the push bar, causing the conductive element to couple to the sensing contact assembly, in turn causing a waste bin-full signal to emanate. Push bar can be articulated and non-articulated. Articulated push bars include upper and lower push bars, and respective tensioning element connecting the respective upper and lower push bars. Lower push bar is extended from upper push bar. Paper shredder can have articulated or non-articulated push bars.
PAPER SHREDDER WITH JAM CLEARING
A paper shredder jam clear mechanism including a power switch coupled to bidirectional motor, a sensor coupled to the power switch, and disposed in a feed inlet, and a jam clear button coupled to the sensor. The power switch has an AUTO/FORWARD position, to move the motor forward; an OFF position; and a REVERSE position, to move the motor in reverse. The sensor is coupled to the power switch in the AUTO/FORWARD position, and the motor is moved forward when the sensor detects an object in the feed inlet. The jam clear switch is configured to contact the sensor, and to move the motor forward. A delay circuit is coupled to the contact switch and to the motor, when actuated by the contact switch delays an operation of the motor for a period. Also, the delay circuit when actuated causes a brief period of auto-operation operation of the motor.
Rotational Shredder
A rotational shredder apparatus suited for properly rendering sensitive material into un-recognizable and inert waste is presented. The rotational shredder apparatus consists of a twin chamber shredder with rotary mechanism, where the rotational shredder apparatus is configured to shred sensitive material into un-recognizable and inert waste. More specifically, unprocessed waste is inserted into one of the chambers. The unprocessed waste is then passed through the shredder. The rotary mechanism then flips the twin chamber shredder such that the shredded waste from the first chamber is then directed back into the shredder, where the second chamber receives the further shredded waste. This process is repeated until the sensitive material is rendered into un-recognizable and inert waste suitable for disposal.
